Great toy for a 3 month old.

My child loves his Rusty the Robot toy. It keeps him entertained in his crib for at least 30-45 minutes at a time....just enough time for me to straighten up the house! Therefore, I love his Rusty the Robot toy :-)

Lamaze makes the best toys

best toy ever! a little on the bigger side when hanging in the activity mat but the baby LOVES it. It is so cute when she grabs the rings on his hand and it looks like they are holding hands. Now that she is 6mo she likes looking at his face and biting his feet

We picked this up for our newest little addition to the family, who happens to be a boy. Although our middle child, who's a girl, really love this little doll! The robot is of good size and great quality. Lot of little things to look at and play with. It's hard to find cool little gifts for new babies or really young ones, but this has turned out to be a big hit.

Cute, sturdy toy with play value

This robot is my favorite Lamaze toy, and I've looked at a lot of them. My daughter, who is now just over a year old, loves her robot. She likes all the features, from the black and white and crinkly feet, to the rings and ears for teething, to the two faces that ratchet around. The quality is sturdy, too. I've had no issues with tears or choking hazards from breaks. The fabrics are different textures: a silky face, embroidered eyes on one side, knit arms, fuzzy legs. I think my daughter will continue to play with him for a while.

Wonderful toy

Both my children love this toy. I bought for my son when he was 3 months old and it quickly became his favorite toy forhis first year. Now my daughter is 3 monthsand she just loves him too. He's sturdy a great size and has stood up to lots of use. He machine washes up nicely and takes about a day to air dry. He makes a fatastic baby shower gift. He's also a great size for toddler hugs. His clip helps to keep him from being lost on travels too. I highly recommend this guy. We love him. Ours is 4 years old with lots of use and washing still looking great! đź‘Ť

Perfect toy!

My 5 month old loves this little robot and so does mommy. We take this guy everywhere. It is easy to clip him to my son's car seat, stroller or diaper bag. He is just the right size for outings. Not so big as to be annoying but big enough to hold my son's interest. All the different parts of this great toy are a HUGE plus. We actually received two for Christmas, thank goodness! I'm so glad to have a back up. At 3 months my son liked to look in the mirror and you could rattle the robot and entertain him or calm him down. Now at 5 months he chews on every part and can sit quietly with him for a long time, maybe 5 or 10 minutes. That's huge for a 5 month old! I can't wait until he figures out how to crank his head. We have lots of Lamaze toys and they are all fabulous, with different sensory play possibilities. My son love them all but nothing beats his Robby.

I now have 9 month old twins who BOTH love this toy

I received one of these at my baby shower for my son who is now 4. I now have 9 month old twins who BOTH love this toy. This was a cause for so many fights between the twins I had to put it up. I decided to check Amazon to see if by chance I could find this toy and there it was! Now both of the twins have their own rusty the robot! He has feet that make a cool crunching sound when chewed on or grabbed and a mirror on his front so they can look at themselves. He also has rings to chew on and grab and can be attached to anything from his overhead ring. This is a must have for babies!

Another awesome Lamaze toy!

We have Dee Dee the dragon, Freddie the firefly and just added Rusty to our ever-growing collection. My daughter loves the Lamaze toys! These toys are great because in addition to all the fun sensory aspects for baby, mama can toss them in the wash when they need to be cleaned and hang them to dry and they're back to looking good as new! We clip one on her carseat handle as we head out and she's got entertainment to go. Love it!

Perfect Toy Robot Cuddler

This robot is a perfect toy for babies and toddlers--and older kids, I predict. He is colorful and full of different textures and shapes. Well-made and large enough to sit with other stuffed animals. His teether rings are not too big and obtrusive, so this robot can be played with for years. He does not look like a baby toy, and that is valuable, I think. Little ones want toys similar to older ones' toys. Parents want toys that will last. Win-win. What a good buy. Pleasing to look at, soft enough for little ones to cuddle, and fun for playtime with parents--making him walk and talk like a real person usually entertains kids. Recommended.

Loved it so much I'm buying another!

I'm purchasing a second one of these colorful soft robots to give as a gift. I bought it for my grandson and he LOVES it. He's nine months old and continues to discover new ways to love on Rusty. When he was a couple of months old he intently watched and followed as I would dangle the robot above him…the boots are crinkly (one of his favorite teething options) and the bottom of the boots are black and white high contrast patterns. I would highly recommend this toy for girls or boys...a great gift for a reasonable price and 'grows' with the child!
