As good as it gets!

This pin and clip is exactly as described. The pin fits perfectly into the receiver (built in) on my 2012 F150 FX4. Both the pin and clip look exactly like the pictures listed. The pin feels substantial! Purchased to go along with a "snatch rope" that I'll use to pull others out of snow, etc. This might be the best $3 I ever spent.

It's a stout pin and it does it's job nicely.

I agree with some of the reviews that dinged this pin for having the clip pin hole drilled at the wrong angle in relationship with the angle of the bend in the main pin. It makes it a little less easy to install but I have enough room so it's not a big deal for me. It's a stout pin and it does it's job nicely.

Its a hitch pin. What can you say. It either works or..... Well, lets just hope I never find out if it doesn't work. I have used this pin only a few times with my recovery hitch. I have only pulled a couple cars out of ditches and towed one small vehicle home this winter. It has done what is was supposed to all three times. You can't go wrong the price is great.

Quailty items as I use all use all summer long. Like the idea of the rubber as not developing burrs which you will snag yourself on. We all do.

I'm new to trailer hitches, but this seems like a great hitch pin. It is well machined, smooth and straight, and fits perfectly in my 2015 4Runner receiver. I really like the plastic coating on the pin and clip--it provides a good surface for gripping. I purchased two, and booth look great.

This is the one…

This is the real deal to me, well made with a nice rubber touch where your fingers go. This is the pin I use day in and day out. All work, but with a very nice touch, both in looks and feel. The rubber coating keeps your bare hand from freezing on the pin and or clip. It also keep both out of the mud and other stuff if you know what I'm talking about. Nothing fancy, after all it is just a receiver pin, but this one is the one we use day in and day out on our trucks. I have paid a lot more, but I have never gotten more than this one offers. Keep on trucking!

Does what it's designed to do and looks good doing so.

Looks good, easy to install, does what it's supposed to do. I don't know if there's really much more to say as it's simply a hitch pin and clip to keep it in place. Oh, the clip does keep the pin in place, haven't had any issues there. It's coated for rust resistance, and I haven't had it long enough to see how well that holds up. Basically, it does the job, looks good, and is easy to install.

It works good with my winch receiver and shackle. It is well made and supports my 4th gen 4runner just fine to give you an idea. Yes, I have already used it to town my 4runner out of sandy spots when I went offroading. Good product. It was even cheaper than from Harbor F, which usually sells cheap products that work but are not the most refine. This hitch pin is really easy to put on and off.

Decent quality and perfect spare

Leave a comment if you have any questions and I can either take some photos or give more details. I decided to make an "RV emergency repair kit" to take when we took the camper out. I added this to the kit as a spare. I don't see any negatives with this set. It's durable and the coating covers just enough to not interfere with anything on the hitch. I purchased both sizes so I could help any fellow campers or travelers if someone needs/uses the smaller sizes while we're on the road. I'm glad I purchased this to put in the emergency kit. They fit perfectly in one of the spots in the tool kit. I circled them in the photo.

As described- stop reading reviews and just buy it

Works like a hitch-pin should. The rubber coatings are a nice touch, especially in colder weather.
