One bottle came halfway empty, because the top was broken and it leaked all over . They don't packed it very well at all when shipped. A total mess anyway.I called customer service and let them know.Not happy with the shipping but happy with the product. 5 STARS for Dawn ,1 STAR for shipping. I have used this detergent and 8 bottles lasted such a long , long time ( about 3 1/2 years ) . That is a considerable difference in money cost , quantity and quality - compared with other similar products available on the market . I use a dishwasher too , but all the pots , oven trays , pans , knives and other items that are not dishwasher safe I wash them by hand and this detergent cleans thru the grease and all the heavy soiled particles that you want removed from your dishes and kitchen pots . The detergent doesn't damage your skin , even if it is not advertised like the kind that has some kind of cream protectant for your hands .

Not at all

I am very happy to finally receive my dishwashing liquid however I am not happy because majority of my dish soap wasted out and wasted on my couch I am not pleased and I am not happy. I don't know if it's the seller or if it's the mailman that did it but I am not happy. Not at all

Best dishwashing soap

This stuff is great, and I use it for more than washing dishes. A dab on clothing stains really works great, plus add some to a homemade window washing liquid and it really works!
