I work in a medical office and these are perfect for our patients to sign in. We can tear off the signature after they sign on and place it on their encounter form. Much cheaper than the ones we were previously ordering and are almost the exact same.

Sometimes it's the little things that make life easier!

My staff love these sign in sheets. We see close to 200 patients a day. Sign in sheets have always been a pain. Patients get skipped and then all heck breaks loose. But with these sheets, the names peel off and the receptionists stick the label to their monitor while they work on the intake forms. Once they are done, the labels go on the bottom of the patient encounter form and the patient heads to the back. No more skipped patients. We haven't found a use for the carbon copy of the entire sheet, but we have thought about creating a log or maybe scanning them just in case.

Catching up on reviews. This is the 3rd five star I've given today.Unusual for me. Anyway these sheets do what they are supposed to do. No complaints from my receptionists or office manager. Not the cheapest but do the job.
