Just don't mount to plastic and you will be fine.
Great build quality, I installed it directly to a metal support since I know that these generate enough heat to melt plastic. I have had zero issues with them although I did skip the splices and just soldered my wires in. I have never liked those types of splices. I used these for my rear turn signals and mounted them in the trunk and ran the wires to the lights.

Easy to Install; Stopped Hyperflash
I put these on my rear lights to keep them away from water in the engine compartment and they took care of the fast flashing on my LED signals. They were very easy to install, requiring only pliers to make the connections. It'd be nice if the mounting holes were bigger, but I secured then using metal plumbers strap and it worked fine.

Got these fast; Worked like a charm.
Excellent deal; fixed my hyper flashing issue. Buy the set because IF have LED HEADLIGHTS AND TAIL LIGHTS. You need one resistor per LED replaced light or you will still get hyper flashing issues. I do recommend doing a hard wiring with a solder/and sealing it with shrink tubing to make the connection last forever because the splicers tend to wear out over time and sometimes don't always cut through the wire like they should. Nothing against the product, just my own method of making sure the connection stays absolute.

They work as described!
These come with everything in the picture. If you’re switching to LED’s (especially turn signals) this is a must. They prevent hyper flash (rapid blinking when a bulb is out) and the LED lights do that because they draw such little power. These get very hot but I have them to where they are suspended in the air hanging by their wires. I’d advise against that but it’s pretty difficult to find somewhere to mount them to metal on my car. I also put more heat shrink tubing over the place where the wire meets the resistor. Overall, these do their job and have a solid build quality.

These were 'Plan B'
Swapped out tungsten-filament rear turn signal lamps on my wife's Toyota Avalon for very bright LEDs. Bought an expensive electronic flasher unit to correct the 'hyperflash' issue a low-load LED creates, but found replacing the flasher to be almost impossible without disassembling parts of the dashboard or removing the parking-brake assembly. (Who do you have designing/working on these things, Toyota? Gumby?! |:-( ) Wired 1ea resistor in parallel with each LED and the flash rate was corrected. Caution--the power dissipated by the resistors create a lot of heat. Make sure they're mounted to a proper heat sink.

Great resistors at a great price!
Great product my LED switchbacks tried to hyper flash and these resisters did the trick. Speedy shipping from this company plus what appears to be a really high quality product. These were very easy to install into my our car just a few mins and our turn signals were working perfect again. These resistors will be ordered again by me in the very near future when I am ready to upgrade my Dodge truck to LED lights throughout. I really like the fact that there are mounting holes already in these resistors so you can mount them out of the way. Some cheaper ones do not have the holes ready or even feet to be able to mount them in the first place :( - Honest customer reviews are very important to me because I always rely on them before I purchase almost anything online. PLEASE if my review helped you at all click on the yes button below :) Thank you: I am not in any way affiliated with this company or Amazon. All of the above opinions are honest and my own.

50W 6Ohm LED Load Resistors for LED Turn Signal Lights or LED License Plate...
I used these on my 2005 Harley Road King when I changed my turn signal from regular bulbs to LED's. All I did was cut the leads and splice the resistors in easy. I could have spent 3 time as much and got the one with the plugin ends but I needed to save money and these work perfect. Oh it did take me 5 min longer.

It is highly recommend to mount it on metal surface as this unit ...
Works very well. High quality connectors which cuts through wires in one crimp. It is highly recommend to mount it on metal surface as this unit does heat up while in use. Does what it suppose to do, slow down blinkers to normal rate with LED.

Exactly what I needed
Bought some LED strips (top of photo) to replace my turn signals. Of course, it introduced hyperflash. With these resistors, the blink rate is normal. Works perfectly. I did not use the wire connectors, since I was installing these at the same time I was installing the led strips. So I just did a 3-way solder joint. I used some sheet metal screws to secure the resistor heat sink to the frame. It seems unlikely they'll get too hot since I don't use my turn signals much while offroading but figured that it's just as good to keep them secure from bouncing around so might as well secure to the body so they don't overheat either. Quite happy with the new led turn signals and doubly so since they don't have hyperflash.

Great product, stopped the hyper flash and the errors ...
Great product, stopped the hyper flash and the errors on my 2016 JKU Wrangler. A couple of tips for JKU drivers. On my 2016 and my buddies 2011 JKU, these resistors will attach one end to the far right white striped wire and the far left Black ground wire. The center wire will be untouched. I cut my wires and used but connectors, and shoved them back into the protective wire loom and wrapped it in electrical tape. When mounting the resistors to the vehicle DO NOT attach them to plastic and DO NOT use zip ties. The reason is because these will get VERY hot, hot enough to melt plastic. Mount them to a solid piece of metal. I mounted mine directly behind the blinker housing on the metal brace that runs diagonally across. Then to make sure that no plastic or wires were touching the resistor, I used a zip tie around any wires that might touch the resistor and pulled them tightly so they can't touch and melt.
