I like this product, but do not order from this seller. I was billed for a case of 24 but received one single packet. I highly recommend Sports Beans but do not order from this 3rd party seller, Bigfly. Big ripoff is more like it!

I do a lot of distance training--biking and running. I love the flavors in this, and it gives a good amount of energy. They are resealable, which is great, because I don't eat the whole packet at once. I buy these in bulk, because the flavor variety in each packet keeps me from feeling burnt out by the same flavor, and my husband much prefers these to gels and such. They're super portable, they don't spoil (but they can get hard if you leave them exposed to air too long).

Was skeptical about these (why wouldn't anyone be? These are jelly beans!). I've been using them for a couple days before hitting the gym and I was quite surprised as to that my workouts were slightly more pleasant. Couple this with your pre-workout shakes and you will feel a noticeable gain in energy level. Taste-wise, they are like no other and aggressive (in a good way). I would highly recommend these as part of ones physical activities. The only downside is the price, so I would recommend eating them only when you absolutely know you are going to do high impact activities to get the full benefit.

I am not a big fan of messy gels or chews for my long runs. To me, the jelly bean form factor is convenient and the packaging (each package is resealable) is nice for consuming on the go. Some flavors are better than others, but the assortment keeps things interesting. That's important when you just need to keep the things down in the later stages of a race and you may be tired of a single flavor. being able to reseal the packages means I don't have to worry about losing my nutrition source, and because I can open them before a run and discard the tops, I don't have to worry about dropping trash on the course. I'm sure you've seen those torn-off tops from gel packages all over the place. It is the little things, right?

I use these before, during or after I work out. To me, it's like drinking Gatorade but better. Sometimes during my workout my stomach is growling. Gatorade does't stop that. I chew a few of these beans and it stops. I feel like I get the right amount of energy to go thru my workouts. Not sure if it's a placebo effect or they actually work but whatever it is, they do the trick for me. They have different flavors and they taste good individually or mixed together. They are not chewy and melt quickly. I have been using them for years now and have never been disappointed. Glad they are available here. I used to buy them at sports stores but for some odd reasons, most of them don't sell them anymore.

Love hammer gel, Lets see if it holds up. Wanted to just use 1/2 pack of hammer gel but got too messy. Will try this The re-zip bag is cool. Each bag has about 14 beans so I can do 6 at a time Update: I will repurchase as they are not messy . Can divide portions easily.I need about 7-8 beans at about 20 30 mins into exercise to last the rest 30-4 0min of workout. I usually start with a banana less sweet, They beans are abit sweet. I have to stop to chew them and drink water. I guess I really do not have to but that is a time take a few minutes break.

Great for Race events. I always buy the assorted flavors since you can taste different flavors in every ride. My last purchase was the EXTREME version which was also package in a Black Box but the individual packs had white packaging. So be cautious when ordering. I like this regular version better since I don't feel acidic in my stomach when going for long bike rides. It's just enough to give me that energy but I usually take 2-3 beans every 30 minutes. It's easy to chew unlike the GEL blocks where it takes forever to chew them in an actual race.

I spent two weeks riding my motorcycle across the Midwest, and western states during the hottest time of this year. I carried these Jelly Belly Beans, wore a hydration bladder, and a cooling moist towel. I used a pack of Jelly Bellies every afternoon in the hottest part of the day as I rode, and sipped water constantly. I never felt any symptoms of dehydration, and felt fine at the end of my riding day. I think these Jelly Bellies made a big difference in keeping me alert, and not feeling wasted and wore out. I would recommend them for electrolyte replacement and hydration.

I love these Jelly Belly Sports Beans. As a road cyclist in west central Florida, there are times all the heat and humidity on a longer ride just saps my energy. When I feel my energy flagging, I tear open a packet of the flavorful "magic beans" and shake half a pack or so into my mouth. About five or six minutes later, I feel reinvigorated (remember to hydrate appropriately for the best outcome). I try to remember to always carry a packet in my pocket, and wholeheartedly recommend the Jelly Belly Sports Beans.

I send these jelly beans to my daughter, she is a freshman and plays lacrosse at Stony Brook University. Not only do they remind her of mom but she loves to take a handful during practice! She isn’t used to being small fish in big pond and has to work harder than most:) I miss her and don’t get to see her much; this is my way of saying, “go get em girl”. She wants to win so she had to go to a school 1500 miles away and only 1/3 scholarship. So, nutshell harder work= possible more money. Jelly beans enable her to have more power right now. We do what we have to for our kids right? So thank you and go get em girl. Nicole
