Quick and Easy 3-minute Install
After 10 years in direct sunlight, my old mailbox flag was faded and had recently began to crack. This universal mailbox flag was a great replacement. The holes lined up with where the existing flag had snapped into place. It was literally a 3-minute install, and that included the time it took me to locate the screw that I inadvertently dropped in the grass! Quick and easy!

it must have been easy. It works well
My husband ordered this, so I'm not sure why I get to review it. However, he installed it and I didn't hear any cursing. So, it must have been easy. It works well!

Good replacement flag
I recently bought a home that has one of those plastic mailboxes. The flag was missing so I needed to replace it. I couldn't find one at the local hardware store so I bought this. It doesn't fit perfectly due to the design of my mailbox but works well and was easy to install. So it does the job. I just had to drill a few holes and screw it in. Works great so far.

Excellent Replacement Part...Replaced in five Minutes
My husband, who complicates everything he has to replace, managed to put this flag on in five minutes. I never heard a word about the instructions being complicated, it didn't work, too difficult. It also saved us from having to buy a new mailbox. It works great, no issues installing (for this I thank the company). I read reviews before I purchase and make a decision based on comments. Now it's my turn to help others. I feel this is an excellent quality item, use my flag every day, and my husband thought is was easy to install.

Great for brick mailboxes
I searched several hardware stores and could not find a replacement flag that would properly mount to a brick structure without modification. This one does and it is a good product even though it is entirely made of solid plastic. The statement that it will not fade will be tested here in the Florida sun (wish me luck). It can also be mounted directly onto the mailbox if needed; however, you are able to get those almost anywhere (Walmart, Lowes, ACE, Home Depot). Overall, I am very satisfied so far.

The two part adapter makes it easy to install on your mailbox. The flag is clean and simple.
The two part adapter allows you to install the base plate onto your mailbox without the flag flopping around getting in the way. After you have it mounted the rest of the flag is quickly assembled. This is great for installation on brick mailboxes. It's a nice inexpensive facelift to your mailbox.

Looks and Works Great!
This flag was very easy to install on my brick mailbox. I purchased ITW BRANDS 11247 5/32x4-1/2-Inch Concrete Drill Bit to drill the two holes into the brick mortar and then used the supplied concrete screws to attach the flag. I tightened the screws manually to ensure I didn't get them too tight. The flag moves very easily and looks great! Highly recommended!

You've got mail!
I bought this flag to mount on a stone mailbox I built. This product works great with a real stone mail box. I'll use it again the next time someone wants me to build them a stone mail box.

Simple to install and works great!
I installed this on my brick mailbox since the original flag broke off. The holes didn't line up with the original ones, so I had to drill one hole before installing. The instructions were very simple, clear, and easy to follow. It told me what size drill bit I needed (5/32), I used it, and installed the flag in about 5 minutes. The only tools I needed were a drill, a flat head and a Philips head screwdriver. There were other screws in the bag if you wanted to install it on a different material.
