Looks and feels really tough but I couldn't get it to fit my corded weed trimmer/edger🤷

Worked great!

Picked this up because I was doing two stick welding classes and trying to hand brush 6010 flux off the root passes is a huge pita! Put this on my dewalt 20v grinder (came free with a drill driver purchase) and brought a charger and a 6ah and 5ah battery to class and I was good to go for the 6 hours I'd usually stay. Did a much better job at cleaning the root pass, still not perfect but much better than with the chipping hammer and hand brush. Didn't have a lot of wire missiles flying off unlike a cup brush I used a few years ago. Actually had very few flying wires from this wheel. Maybe used 1/8" off of it for the two classes but probably less as I didn't measure before and it looks darn near the same size. Great product and made my class SOOOOOO much better as I could zip off the flux and lay down a bead of 7018 and be on my way!

Good wire wheel

Haven't had any problems with it at all, I like to slow it down most the time to about half speed, has made them last a whole lot longer and seems to be almost just as effective on slag. This isn't for a weedwacker it's for a grinder. It fits grinders with a 5/8-11 arbor.

Weiler is top notch

Weiler makes incredible wire wheels. I normally go through 1-2 per month cleaning dross off of plasma cut parts and signs and I’m still on my recent Weiler after over 6 weeks. Build quality and quality of wire is incredible.
