Here's some experimental results measuring inductivity and heat dispersion: This pan heats quickly. I have been testing 8" induction-compatible skillets by heating 4 oz room-temperature tap water on HIGH and comparing the time it takes to reach a boil. Results for Duxtop 8" vs IKEA 8" Trovardig (both are actually 9" measured at the largest diameter.) Duxtop=33 seconds. IKEA=83 seconds. The bubbles that appear first on the bottom the pan indicate where most of the heating is occurring, and were circular in both pans. In the Duxtop, the circle was about 5", covering nearly the whole bottom of the pan. In the IKEA, the circle was about 3", meaning the heat was much more concentrated toward the center. The IKEA has a non-stick coating, while the Duxtop does not. In earlier tests of the IKEA verses other non-stick pans, the IKEA was middle-of-the-pack in performance, but none of the other non-stick pans were anywhere nearly as good as this Duxtop at inductivity and dispersion.

I walked into a deal on an induction cook top and had to get new pots and pans in a bit of a hurry. I did some research online, as you do, and found blog recommendations for Duxtop. Affordable and good quality. I LOVE these, tey were a much more affordable option to a big name out there. I bought this as a second pan. It is not quite the same as my set, it handle is slightly different but I can live with that. These shipped and arrived quickly, I'm really happy, would repurchase, and did, from this vendor.

Amazing! We just moved into a new building with a glass induction stove top, which we've both never used before. My cast iron wasn't working out, so I decided to give this duxtop a try and I'm so happy I did. It cooks everything so well, evenly and quickly. Super easy to clean as well and an amazing price. I will definitely order from this company again!

Cooks as promised: even heat, nonstick when using a little olive oil, and it's a beautiful (well made) pan.

Love this pan. I made scrambled eggs in it and it was like cooking with a non-stick pan. Clean up was a breeze. It pays to buy quality stainless.

Excellent quality looks and acts like a very expensive brand. for a fraction of the cost. Not hard to clean if you have pan heated to corrrect temperature & adding oil or butter before food is added. Works for MY INDUCTION Cooktop.

Just right for our micro kitchen using an induction cook top!

my purpose is to cook a steak from steering on the stove to cooking in the oven, Have not used it for that yet but it makes a great omelette! Works great in the oven - handle is not as scorching as a cast iron - unfortunately i know this from experience. Cooks so much better than the nonstick pans!

I used to own a full set of All Clad, and I've been very happy with my Duxtop pots and pans. The fry pan delivers a perfect sear, unlike most non-stick pans. The tri-ply construction is heavy-gauge, giving the pan a solid, satisfying heft. It holds and spreads the heat evenly for great, predictable, results. The handle is comfortable and stays cool while cooking on the stove top. Cleaning's not a problem if you deglaze after browning your food.

Awesome pan for the price. Actually any price I have 120 dollar pans that these are just as well made.
