This fit perfectly on my Husqvarna YTH22V46, the mower mows better than ever now, I suspect my previous belt from the factory was always a little lose -- which would explain the better performance.
I have a 46'' Husqvarna YTH22V46 22-HP V-Twin Hydrostatic Mower and I replaced the original worn out deck belt with this one and it fit perfectly - no issues!
I purchased it as a replacement of the original mower belt (#405143 V-Belt) on my Craftsman Lawn Tractor (Model 917.289283). It turned out to be a perfect fit as it was the right length with the perfect cross section. Its price was a tad higher than on other online retailers but still acceptable given Amazon's prime service. Installation was easy by following the path of the original belt and some help from the Craftsman's Owner Manual. The fact that it was manufactured in the USA was a definite plus. As a side note - vendors should always clearly indicate the country of origin of the products they offer.

Even if you don't need one I'd buy it to have on hand when the other snaps or gets to stretched out. Besides a few screws to loosen for some saftey covers so you can get the belt past them really no tools required. Pretty easy if you look at the belt setup picture on mower deck.

Replaced the original belt on my Husqvarna 46 inch riding lawn mower with this one and over a year later, it's doing great. No issues. The old belt after a year of use began to slip off the mower assembly so I had to stop and re-thread it…after that happened a few times, I replaced it with this one and this one has not done that once in more than a year.
Friend gave me riding mower that had been sitting on his back nine for a bit. Original belt had been destroyed by the elements. This belt replaced it without any issues. No slippage and four acres later still going strong. Mower husqvarna 46” deck
