Okay okay, so I know I just received this TODAY. But this is seriously the best hole punch I've used. You don't have to press hard at all and it cuts clean through a stack of paper. I've tried a few at a time and up to 15 pages and it slices through with ease. Plus it's cute (I got the breast cancer awareness pink version). I'm very happy with the way that it catches all the paper circles and doesn't make a mess. It's also a huge plus that it locks and unlocks making it ease to take with me for school. I'm currently in a class that requires an insane amount of papers and worksheets and print-outs and this little guy is going to come in so handy allowing me to file things away easily and stay organized. 100% recommend! No more struggling at the professors desk in the front of the classroom with his crappy ALWAYS-jamming up hole punch.

This is like the kind of hole puncher I would be like "oh nice" if I had used in a photocopy room somewhere. But would never imagine getting for myself. The convenience of not having to pick my brain as to where to find (library? friend's office??) a three hole punch is awesome. Experientially, it is a vast improvement those small ones you have to crank down on and feel the hole puncher shred when you've only loaded 6 pages - where popping the bottom off to empty it is just like, dumb. Cuz those shredded edges on those tiny circles are like paper velcro to carpet. I feel more like the adult that I appear to be with a proper office tool in my home.

I love this hole puncher. I bought it to use for work since I deal with alot of paperwork that I have to print out and insert into an Avery binder. Smooth punching and no guessing if the your lining the paper right due to the paper guide built in. I love the locking feature that helps to limit the amount of space that it would take up placed in a desk drawer. To empty it is pretty easy as well. just flip the opening up like you would on a tic-tac container and empty it out.

This is a great hole puncher. I purchased this product because i needed to organize some documents for my pet into a binder. It was one of the few with a great price and came with a coupon, Also I love the purple black scheme. This hole puncher is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. I was able to punch up to 20 pages at a time with this puncher. The paper guide also helped me to make sure every hole was punched the same on all papers. I was able to easily do this without worrying i would get uneven or incomplete punches. Every time I used it the holes came out completely perfect. The ruler and guide lines are very handy as well. I find myself using them more than I thought i would. It also has a locking mechanism on the end of the arm near the paper guide. This feature is useful for making the hole puncher more compact when you want to store it inside a drawer. At the back of the hole puncher is a little tray that holds all the paper punched out. This tray is very convenient. It saves time from clean up by keeping everything nice and tidy. When you are ready to toss the paper out simply pop it open it over a trash can and out it falls. The hole puncher I ordered is in black and purple. It doesn't show so well in photos, but has less blue than the photos i will post. It's a more true purple and looks great. Overall I am satisfied with this product and would buy it again. =^_^=

I bought this hole-puncher to replace my old Swingline which was on the verge of falling apart, and I have to say I couldn't be more pleased with it. Even though I had never heard of the brand "PaperPro", I decided to go forth with the purchase after reading the good reviews. The PaperPro is made of metal and is very well built. The base has a glossy black finish and the push handle is shiny and durable. The base features a built-in ruler and a paper stop guide to ensure perfectly spaced holes every time for letter-size paper. The hole-puncher rests on a non-slip base which mostly prevents the PaperPro from sliding around on a surface. The hole-puncher also has a handle lock which activates simply by pushing the lock switch to the left which effectively locks the handle down for easier storage. All these things are great, however, the main selling point of this hole-puncher is the effortless hole-punching. I use my PaperPro hole-puncher often and every hole punch is consistently effortless and smooth. Even when hole-punching 20 sheets, the handle is easy to press and a lot easier than every single hole-puncher I've used, except for, of course, electric hole-punchers. The handle is large and very stable which makes hole-punching even easier. On the back of the hole-puncher, there is a pretty standard slide-out hole collector which is made of plastic. Overall, I am very pleased with the PaperPro hole puncher and I will definitely purchase office supplies from them again. Pros: - Effortless hole-punching - Sturdy metal build - Non-slip base - Paper guide Cons: - None If you found this review helpful I would appreciate it if you clicked the "helpful" button below this review. I work as a paralegal in a law office. Every day I print out documents, summarize them, hole punch them and put them into notebooks. It is my contribution to civilization. I had a hole punch that was adjustable to different punch distances but somehow kept getting out of alignment and would punch holes just the smallest bit off so they would not fit easily on the notebook rings. This hole punch is fabulous. It punches in a smooth fluid motion. The handle provides the leverage to punch through a stack of papers. The distance between the holes does not adjust so the holes are punched correctly every time. The jig cannot be moved so my paper is always in the correct position for punching. It has a locking mechanism for folding down the handle, but I don't use it. The punch sits on my desk. Very nice product.

Nice product. Very easy and light pressure to use. However I wish I had gotten the 40 sheet version instead because that has a wilder base which makes it easier to lien up the paper. I have familiar with both since I have the the 20 sheet version at home and the 40 sheet version at school. PaperPro ProPunch 40 Sheet 3 Hole Punch, Silver (2240)

PaperPro products are a lifesaver! As a teacher, I am always looking for school supplies that make my life easier. Most hole punches I have to use a lot of arm muscle/force and can only punch holes in a few pieces at a time. This allows me to hole punch more paper at once and does not require as much effort. Occasionally, punch outs fall out of the bottom when it is overflowed. But, when emptied regularly, this is not an issue. The lock feature is extremely helpful for transporting back and forth in my teacher bag as needed. Next to an electric hole puncher, this is the best hole puncher I have ever used!

Works well and is very easy to use. Doesn't require much pressure at all to punch 12 sheets at once (the rated max capacity), and I found that I can actually punch 20+ sheets at once if I lean into it a little bit. I've had it for about 4 months and it has held up well and still works flawlessly. If you need a hole puncher, this one is cheaper and better than the ones at the store. Would recommend.

I bought this based on zooming in on the picture. I have been laminating my recipes and discovered that once laminated they no longer fit into the fixed ends three-hole punch that I have. I was looking for something these would fit into without having to adjust. This was perfect! I gave up on OCD some time ago, I will probably never worry about perfection when punching these. They fit. This punches without my hubby having to do it for me like the old one. Absolutely perfect for what I needed it for!
