I feel odd writing a review about a sewer hose. However, after having some break on me, I have to brag on this one. It is super thick and remained flexible in Jackson Hole, WY while camping in November. It got down to 7F! I am really happy with this product and highly recommend it to all. It boggles my mind wondering why this product cannot be found in retail stores. They all have those cheap, crappy ones.(pardon the pun).

I've used it 3 times so far. I also purchased the hose caps which really make this kit complete. This hose is very flexible and seems durable. The ends spin but don't leak and it's reasonably easy to rotate on and off for attaching/detaching. The caps allow you to collapse the hose and then it will stay collapsed as they seal very well without allowing any leakage. Would definitely buy again!

After 4000+ miles or RVing this year, this sewer hose had been reliable. No leaks and so far survived grassy, sandy, gravel, and paved sites even after being stepped on. The transparent attachment at the end is great.. that way you know what's flowing out. Plus I didn't have to buy it separately. The 15ft length is all I need and I doubt I would need anything longer. I got a 5 footer which I occasionally use when I dump at state parks. When stored, would compress to approx length of 54 inches... at least mine would. Highly recommended.

Exactly as advertised. Arrived on time. The fittings are molded to the hose on this product. On the two previous hoses I bought one was a pressure fit and one had the tubing threaded on the fitting. These both leaked after a short time and having to adjust them each time while the water was flowing, was not an enjoyable task.

We have struggled with cheaper brands of sewer hoses and have experienced the result when they crack from age and weather exposure or abrade from the contact with gravel often found in campgrounds. Getting the cheaper brands onto a connection can be difficult and learned that securing them with steel strap clamps doesn't always mean no leaks. The Valterra product is muck thicker and should withstand some abrasion. The connectors are permanently attached, so there is no hassle of trying to pull the open end over a fitting and tearing it in the process. The only negative is that the tabs that must be grabbed to twist the fittings when connecting two hoses or a hose and sewer pipe fitting need to be larger. Though in my late 60's, I am still pretty strong and was able to connect the pieces. My wife could not. If Valterra would make the tabs bigger, this would be a better product. I still gave it 5 stars. It is far above the competitors in quality.

Well it's only been a few months BUT it has survived temps of 20 Below 0!! Yes -20 below. I've had all the others (Rhino, revolution) and this is by far the best. Yes its more expensive but if I only new how well made and tough this hose is I would of saved allot of money!! At -20 below it stayed flexible, couldn't believe it! I highly recommend this sewer hose especially if your a full time RV'er. It will most likely be the last one you buy (for a long long time)

I know, it says it but let's be real, how can answer hose not get any pin size holes in it, or get crushed by kids running around or even adults at nighttime. But my husband and brother in law have really tried to get this to crush or get a hole and so far nothing. We would recommend this to everyone that needs a sewer hose.

Very flexible and loved the coupling on the ends. Disappointed that it would not fit in the round sewer hose compartment.

So far so good. I decided to spend a little more on the Valterra due to the positive reviews and expected durability. I tested out this bad boy last weekend on one of our first RV trips. The tube and end pieces are well made. Looking forward to years of use from this thing. It seems to be made to last. One thing is that it was a bit long for the dump out area since the dumpout was so close to where I could pull up the RV. But it will come in handy I'm sure for those dump outs that are a bit farther.

Let me start by saying that this sewer hose is probably one of the better items that I have purchased in the past few years. My wife and I recently bought a new camper and we needed a good sewer hose that would be compact and durable to last us many years of camping. I ended up checking out a similar product at a local camping world and decided to see if I could find a cheaper alternative on Amazon. This is when I found the Viper 20' hose here. After applying some rewards credits that we had, we ended up only paying about $49 after tax. I have placed some pro's and cons on the product below for those of you looking to get a quick look at it. The primary pro for me was that its actually two 10' hoses in the box and for my wife and I we normally only take one of them with us. If I knew this going in I would have probably looked for a smaller and less expensive option. In the end we are very happy we purchased this and think it is very worth the price tag. Pros: - durable heavy duty vinyl material - Two 10' hoses in the box so you can either take one hose or connect them both if needed - quick connect/disconnect - clear plastic angle to allow you to see if solids are still in the line Cons: - For the price I wish it came with some hose supports
