  • Mezzetta Golden Roasted Red Bell Peppers

My favorite toasted peppers, excellent communication with the seller “Blue Monster”, fast delivery, will reorder.

Yummy, taste great. I use them in sandwiches and casseroles. They're also good when you just want to add a little color to your dish.

Expensive, yet tasty.

I made some roasted pepper soup. Good product

Delicious on sandwiches especially roast beef, in salads & pasta dishes.

Mezzetta Roasted Red Bell Peppers in the 16oz size glass jar has nice large meaty pieces inside, unlike some of the other brands that I've tried that have nothing but small bits and shreds. The larger pieces help the peppers taste fresher and makes it easier for me to weigh out the amount I need to make Romesco sauce faster and with less mess than I could using the small pieces in other brands. I purchase this brand at the commissary, but I'd buy them here if the commissary ever stops carrying them because they're plump, moist, tender, and sweet with a slight smoky flavor that's perfect for making a fabulous Romesco sauce to go with my sous vide pork chops. Here's the recipe I always use in case you'd like to try some too: Romesco 85 g Parmesan 90 g macadamia, skinned ' 30 g Pistachios, shelled 150 g roasted red peppers 85 g olive oil 18 g sherry vinegar 15 g peeled garlic 8.5 g parsley 8 g salt 7.5 g smoked paprika I'm including a pic of my sous vide pork chops with Romesco, carrots, and a dollop of crème fresh. Enjoy!
