Great beautiful tasting pink crystals that are all natural BUT have a few rocks to filter out

This is a great value for a great product. Being that it is all natural and that this comes in a bag of 2+ pounds of crystals, natural there are some rocks in here that you need to weed out. So prior to putting in your mill/grinder, you do need to weed carefully through these to ascertain you do not get any rocks ‚these will ruin your grinder. There are not many in them but you can definitely see them—they are gray, brown and look far from pink or rose. This does taste wonderful and it looks stunning in a clear class grinder. This salt is NOT IODIZED so if that is an important compound for you, this is not the product for you but if you want a great tasting salt and don't mind sifting through some crystal, this is great! Will be back much later to purchase again, but i see this lasting for quite some time.

My mother is always complaining that I use too much salt, so I have switched to Himalayan which is known as a 'healthy salt'. I also suffer from acid refulx, and since using this salt, I have noticed a dramatic reduction. I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived. The packaging was of high quality, I received a wooden salt spoon and a sachet of Italian Black Truffle Salt to try. There are many benefits of using Himalayan Pink Salt over sea-salt, and below are just a few. We think this is wonderful Himalayan salt by Spice Lab !

I am writing this review because I was surprised by some of the other comments. We have used this Spice Lab Himalayan salt for over two years and we LOVE it. We use much less of this salt than when we used ordinary table salt. We have two battery operated ( powered by rechargeable batteries ) both made by Cuisinart. I can set the size of the grind on both and this salt is always perfectly and easily ground. We have had both grinders for over two years and if one goes belly up tomorrow I will buy another just like it. An NO! we do not work for Spice Labs nor for Cuisinart, they just make products we are so happy to own.

Very good salt!!

I am new to the salt market. My wife got sea salt to replace the iodized crap. I did not care for the taste and wound up going back to the stuff that tasted better, but was bad for me. I got new grinders, and decided to try this. I am not sure what the difference is, or even why this tastes different than the stuff my wife got. Hers was white colored, and looked like processed salt like the iodized stuff. This actually tastes really good. I am using this now as our norm. I will be sticking with this product. All I know is that with the regular sea salt, I could use a ton of it and still could not get things to taste right. This is spot on. I can use it like regular iodized salt and get the same results. I started looking at this salt when I was seeing articles about the processed salts that is basically toxic to our bodies. This is a healthy switch. Everything in moderation. At least we can enjoy this spice without poisoning ourselves.

I will order this product again because: 1.- My order arrived promptly and in perfect condition. 2.- The 1 Kg. package (2.2 Lbs.) is easily re-sealable. 3.- The package can stand up on it's end for easy storage. 3.- The salt's Pink/Orange colors in a clear-sided grinder brighten the table. 4.- This salt is Certified Kosher -- and (I assume) approved for ALL religions. 5.- Grain size is COURSE #27. 6.- Himalayan Salt contains up to 80 additional minerals. Healthier salt option, keto must!

Keto must have! But, more than that it’s healither than processed salt. The benefits are quite amazing. Simple to see with some basic research on google. This is even approved for people with heart conditions and not suppose to have salt. Quantity is key.

An abundant amount packaged and it's delicious.

This salt not only has a beautiful balance in it's taste, it also looks very beautiful with it's pink and red hues displayed in my clear glass salt grinder. I use salt sparingly and I wanted an aesthetic look on my table as well as having a truly unique flavor that replaced the old standard iodized salt that has dressed my table for 50 years. This salt grinds easy and has a very well balanced taste that surpasses any salt I have ever tasted. I highly recommend this to you and think if you want something unique and flavorful this Himalayan Crystal salt is for you.

The Best Pink Himalayas

First of all, I love the packaging. It was sealed very well. I had a bit of trouble unsealing it. I accidentally made the entire top come off in the process. I’m happy I did. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have known it came off. When I get hungry and need to prepare a meal. I take off the table to get a couple of pieces of the salt to melt in my mouth to take away the hunger pangs. I use the salt for cooking. It has great flavor. Definitely, quality Pink. Himalayan Salt. I will be looking for other spices to purchase from The Spice Lab.

Used this for salt baths

Himalayan Sea Salt is excellent for salt baths and puts so many nutrients back into your body. Sometimes I use it for food but the benefits are amazing for soaking . I Love this particular item of The Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Although I am uncertain & unclear as to what price I am paying for things in my Subscribe & Save orders, as there seems to be a GREAT DIFFICULTY To View ANYTHING U /I have set up in my Subscribe & Save Orders, -as Amazon’s Subscribe & Save Program Which is what I have set up on this product, but I am VERY Annoyed that once U set up anything in the Subscribe & Save Ordering Program Settings, it then becomes nearly next to impossible to Clearly be able to check what price U are going to be charged for ANY ITEMS Set up in Ur Subscribe & Save Prices Of Anything Set up in that order Program, Which can cause people like myself, Who is on a fixed income, to be able to clearly find what prices they are charging U for Ur Current Subscribe & Save order items, -as it is nearly almost imposdible to find the prices w/o having to call Customer Service to tell U what the prices are currently being charged & I have experienced MANY NUMEROUS Problems w/ this system, as it makes checking all the prices U are paying in that Subscribe & Save Program, does not have ANY EASY PRICE CHECKING ABILITY ONCE U SUBSCRIBE & SSVE AFTER U HAVE BEEN ORDERING IT FOR ANY TIME, the Prices Can Easily be changes w/o Ur Knowledge & then when bilked to Ur payment, it can be way more than U may have been expecting & Hit Ur budget VERY BADLY & Be very detrimental to Ur Budget for that month when U haven’t gone in to make certain -ABSOLUTELY EACH MONTH what is being shipped (if U have many items set up, as I Do & they make it nearly pretty much impossible to find the price U are being chatged for every single item), So U AVE TO CALL & Get the Proce’s being charged by having Customer Service Call U back -as their is no easy price checking ability after U set up a bunch of items in A Subscribe & Save item U set up for ordering.
