A bath must have

My favorite Epsom Salt to use in baths. Magnesium is so important for our bodies! Putting this in my bath water has helped me sleep better at night and has lowered my anxiety symptoms. I don't have severe anxiety, no panic attacks, but I found my self getting uncomfortable and anxious when I am in situations that I am unable to control as a whole like pools and planes and crowds or play places ( I have a 5 year old and 2 year old). This has helped me ease off a little and be in the moment to enjoy the situation more than be anxious in the situation.

A Great Product & A Great Price

Epsoak Epsom Salt is a great product to buy at a great price from Amazon. I have used Epsom Salt baths frequently for years as part of my health and body maintenance. Epsom Salt is inexpensive to buy at drugstores but when I added up my yearly cost the total surprised me! Also, drugstores do not sell it in bulk so I had to buy several containers at a time and then make numerous trips throughout the year to buy more. While I was contemplating how to make my yearly purchase of Epson Salt less expensive and also reduce my trips to the drugstore a friend told me that Amazon sells it. So I was pleasantly surprised to find that Amazon sells a 19 lb. bag of Epsoak Epsom Salt at such a great price! it costs me less now to buy what I was purchasing before at drugstores and on top of it my trips are reduced. This bag will last me a long time and when I need to purchase more it will only take one visit to Amazon. I especially like this brand of Epsoak Epsom Salt as it is of premium quality. I mix it with my favorite body oil and use it as an exfoliating scrub which makes my skin very soft. Also, right before going to sleep at night I will make a nice warm bath with it, put in some Lavender Oil, and soak for 30 minutes which puts me in a very relaxed state. It is a great way to detoxify the body, soothe any muscle pain, and relieve aching feet. I highly recommend this premium product for its numerous benefits.

Great for aches and pains

I used this when I was trying to get better from my car accident (rear ended). It was hard for me to move my neck and I always had pain on my upper back. I would put about a cup of epsom salt in the bathtub with hot to warm water(water was filled so I can just lay down flat, no need to fill it up all the way). I'd stay for about 20 minutes or just when the water would start to get cold. I would feel relief during the bath and for a few hours I afterwards. I still have a lot left and plan to use it whenever I feel achy.

Dissolves perfectly into warm water for soaking

I purchased this as an additive to a home spa treatment, so I'm using about a cupful at a time. It dissolves quickly into the warm water and doesn't leave a grit in the bottom of the tub. It's perfect. The only oddity is that it's a little hard to close the zip-strip tight, so a bit of moisture seems to be seeping into the contents and causing "clumps." This also dissolve easily, or could be broken up prior to adding it to your water. I would buy this product again, but not for quite a while due to it's size.

Premium quality!

These are the only Epsom salts I use for my recipes! The 19lb bag will last FOREVER and the salt is premium quality. Everyone loves them!

Great product, great price

I purchased this on the recommendation of a friend, because it’s a great price per pound. I have fibromyalgia and use this for baths and foot soaks, but I have also used it as one of the ingredients for making bath bombs to give as gifts to others. I have ordered the 19 lb bag twice now and plan to reorder another one when the current bag is gone. It is high quality and I recommend it to anyone who uses Epsom salts on a fairly regular basis. As it is a large bag, the only downside is finding a place to store it. I do find that it is easier for me to prescoop some for baths and foot soaks, and just keep those in plastic zipper bags. For baths, I use 2 cups of Epsom salt with 1 cup of baking soda. Some people like to add a drop or two of an essential oil to that as they put the mixture into the bath, but I haven’t done that yet. For foot soaks, it says that you can use 1 cup of Epsom salt, so small zipper bags of that are also nice to prepare ahead of time, for easier use. By the time I have prepared several of these types of bags, it makes the larger bag smaller and slightly easier to store. I mention that, in case it helps someone, because the first time you get a bag this size, it does seem overwhelming and a bit unwieldy.

I love this huge bag of Epsom Salt! It's cheaper to buy this bag rather than the small bags of Epsom salt at Walgreens or CVS. I use a cup of this in my bath about 3 or 4 times a week with essential oils. Using this will help replenish the Magnesium that your body is lacking. After I take 1 bath with this, my headaches are gone instantly. Fast shipping! A must for calming the nerves and relaxing the muscles!

Love this product! It's a natural way to get the body's magnesium needs and it's so relaxing. After a good warm soak in the tub, I can sleep like a baby. Did you know that magnesium (Epsom Salts) is lost in the body through stress, and who doesn't have stress these days? This is a great way to replenish your magnesium levels. Be sure to soak for at least 20 minutes. I keep these Epsoak Salts on hand all the time.

Chronic Lyme Sufferers Rejoice

My girlfriend has Chronic Lyme Disease and takes baths every other day as it helps sweat out the "bugs" that the antibiotics kill off. We were buying the small bags at the local store and it was getting expensive quick! I found these on amazon and cant be happier. Price per pound is so much cheaper when you buy in bulk and if you take baths often, you will go through it.

This Epson Salts is just the BEST!

This is really wonderful stuff – really pure & unadulterated with other scents & who knows what. Having it in bulk makes it even betterl. If all you have is a small box of epson salts, you may resist using it (or using enough of it) when your body needs it. Soaking in the tub after a tiresome day or a heavy workout is always good, but addition of these easily soluble salts makes it so much better. It's also extremely helpful to soak just before bedtime if you're having sleep difficulties. The magnesium sulfate is a natural relaxant & with about 15 minutes for your entire body to absorb it in the bath, you're pretty sure to get a good nights sleep. I highly recommend Epsoak. We always order way ahead of running out to make sure it's always available.
