This oil is fantastic. I was on antibiotics for a month and a half and finally said no more... I have been using this and it has been awesome. I put four drops (can use more) in my diffuser at night and some on my temples it has help me from having those terrible sinus infections. Thank you doTERRA.

Magical....better than prescribed cough medicine.

I had a horrible cough. My daughter told me about how her mother in law recommended this. I had a cough for 5 weeks, could not get rid of it even with several medications from the doctor. You put 2 drops down your throat. It tastes terrible, I did it morning, night and the next morning. My cough was gone. It was amazing.

Great essential oil

I try to not run out of this essential oil. Because it can be taken internally, when I am getting a sore throat or a cold, I immediately take a couple of drops. Works immediately!

DEFINITELY works

I'm a physician, so I was somewhat skeptical, but it shortened my toddlers viral syndrome symptoms to 1-2 days, rather than the usual 3-5 days or even more usually. just diluted it 1:1 with coconut oil, then put it on the soles of his feet. i was amazed......

It has a wonderful fragrance plus you can take it orally. It supports the body’s natural antioxidant defenses. You can even use it to fight bacteria in your mouth to prevent cavities.

Good for breathing in

I don't really believe in the power of essential oils. I got this because my mom wouldn't ever stop talking about it and kept pestering me to get it. What I do is smell it in the morning and then swipe some on my throat. This helps me breathe deeper cause sometimes I forget to breathe in all the way. I don't know if it's prevented me from getting a cold, but it smells good and I've got a system down that works for me.

Purifies The Air Well

The smell is quite strong and took some getting use to. However, it has purified the air in my living area very well. I usually run the diffuser while we are not home as to not bother the dogs. I recommend!

This product is awesome. At the first sign of a cold

This product is awesome. At the first sign of a cold, fever or any sickness, I apply this oil to my kids' feet or & put some in my diffuser. By the next day, they are feeling better. It's miracle stuff! I highly recommend it, especially during cold & flu season. It will also boost your immunity to keep you from getting sick.
