ARB=TOP NOTCH QUALITY
This is my second set. My first set I had to use for my friends truck when the side wall of his tire got sliced by a rock in the middle of nowhere. Luckily i had this with me in my truck. Had to use many plugs and im surprised the tire held air no prob. Second time used it on my brothers truck. These plugs are longer and thicker than most kits on here. If you go OFFROAD YOU NEED THIS KIT. I’ve bought cheaper kits and i know.. trust me. The difference with this kit and a cheap one is that you’re going home even if you get a flat that cant be said for other kits. Spend the money now and you will be glad you did. Because if you’re in the middle of nowhere thats going to cost you ten times the price of this kit if not more!

Sturdy Handles, the rest of set is a Bonus.
I needed to repair my wife’s car tire, it developed a flat. I took out my Walmart kit from truck, and I found the T-handle cracked. Luckily I noticed, it would have sucked if I tried to push in the sticky cord, and have the handle fail, with my palm going thru the Shaft. I used a spare kit at home to complete repair. This caused me to search for Metal handle kits. I went with the ARB due to the brand. My main points were the Metal Handles and Tough Probes. Quality of handles are ok, Really smooth. I filed down the handles to give more texture and to get rid of the rough casting edges. These should last a lifetime. I’ll be getting another for my son.

Excellent kit
Sure, you can get similar kits for less money, but this one is quite good. The size and abundance of plugs is nice, as are all the extra tools/bits. I took my truck to a local off-road park and came home to find I had gotten a slow leak. Without any experience doing this before, I had it plugged in less than 30 minutes. The hard part was finding the leak, but that was accomplished with some soapy water. Once I found it, all I had to do was ream the tiny hole into a larger hole so the plug would fit, insert the plug, then trim the ends. There are videos online that can show you the basics. The kit served me well and I take it with me on every road trip.

A worthwhile purchase for every motorist
I don't think there is anything special about this kit, but I am happy with it so far. It has easy-to-follow instructions. The tools seem sturdy enough. The case that comes with it fits nicely in the compartment under the floor of my 2007 Mazda3 hatchback. It takes some muscle to actually insert the plug into the tire and then extract the tool. If you are plugging a puncture in one of the vehicle's front tires, you can leave it on the car, but I can't imagine repairing a rear wheel while it's on the car. You wouldn't be able to find a good position to put enough force on the tool. I took my time and probably spent an hour fixing one of the front tires of my car just now. In comparison, I could have easily spent two hours at a tire shop and they probably would have conned me into buying a new tire. Therefore, I would estimate that this kit has already paid for itself. It comes with lots of plugs, probably enough to last me until cars become illegal. I will update this review if it turns out that I have any trouble with the plug. The instructions say that it is just supposed to be a temporary repair, but I am going to try my luck and see how long it lasts.

2 Year Update Review
Great kit! These are auto mechanic quality tools, and has just about every accessory needed to repair your tire to include the stem. I've matched this with an air compressor, and feel comfortable being in very remote areas in my jeep with this combo. There are no negatives for this product. ============================================================================== The tire repair kit from ARB that I purchased over two years ago has seen usage all across the country. It's saved a three jeep overlanding trip from being cut short TWICE. I've been on Jeep Jamborees and was able to help others with in minutes and kept things on schedule. But most of all I travel solo a lot on backroads, forest roads, and all types of remote places. I'm confident that this kit will do what I need when the time comes. I replaced the tire plugs after 12 months, but that's me being safer than sorry. The patches were still sticky and would perform. The tools are durable and I see mechanics in tire shops with them all the time. As a matter of fact, most offroaders I see by a large margin use this kit. I didnt purchase the tire gauge/deflator. But, fellow offroaders have let me use theres many times and it performs great. I have deflators, and a compressor that has a gauge. So dont really need one. Stop reading... Buy it.

Buy with confidence and enjoy!
I've used and broken a dozen of the cheaper plastic plug kits and T handel's are a must. if you're not carful and you break them your in for a rough day. I have several ARB products and paid out the nose for them but they have been very much a buy once cry once experience. They never disappoint. When I stumbled on this kit with metal tT handel's and ARB branded I thought I had to have it and almost didn't even want to look at the price. I thought if it's under 125 bucks im making this happen. I think I paid about 40 bucks for mine thinking this must be counterfeit or something. I have used it a few times and every time im pleasantly surprised how much nicer it is to use then those sketchy plastic ones. Even that hokey washer looking thing on the plunger totally works and well at that. It even comes with a decent set of pliers that didn't immediately at value in my opinion... Until I needed to pull a nail from a leaking tire. I ended up ordering another one for my step son. It's cheap insurance a great product and im my opinion a value at twice the price.

Tractor Tire - Save me lots of time and driving
I have used plugs on my side by side ATV . . did not even think about using a plug on my 5075E tractor tire after a nail managed to create a nice home for itself. Was about to pull off the tire and drive over to tire shop . . then the "bell" went off my head! LOL . .I ordered this kit from Amazon (my plug kit at lease) got her quickly and fixed the tire before it went completely flat. Today is day 2 since the plug and tractor is up and running. I will update if any issues arise. :)

Nice Tire Repair Kit
I bought two of these (one for each car) about a week ago. While I haven't had occasion to use them yet. I thought I'd give an impression of the overall design and content. What sets this kit apart 1.) Complete - in addition to the tire repair tools you get a valve wrench, replacement valves, and valve caps. Sometimes it's not a puncture causing loss of air. Being able to tighten or replace a bad valve could get you on the road in seconds. 2.) Quality - The tools are all heavy duty metal. You'd have to really try to break them. Just what I want when I'm on the side of the road on a dark wet night. I don't need something I can't depend on at any price. 3.) Price - Yeah, this is a bit more expensive than some other kits. But the quality is obvious and worth it to me. 4.) Size - Like other reviewers have noted, the case is a bit large. But that's the price you pay for a complete solution. And on the plus side, I was able to throw in 6" and 8 1/2" needle nose pliers for pulling nails/screws from tire treads with no problem closing the lid. Everything in one box. Just grab it and head straight to the offending tire.

You need to have this with you at all times.
After getting a big nail in my tire of my truck, I tried using my tire plug kit that I had from our car..... fortunately when the handle broke it did not go through my hand.... so a coworker had a kit similar to this (same kit, but a red case) and for the act of having to plug a tire, it was a pleasure to use. As soon as I got home, I ordered this kit. Since then I have had to use it twice... once on my truck and once as a favor to a neighbor. The handles are great as they are big, beefy, and unlike the other local auto store kits, you will not injure yourself. The only problem that I have had with my truck is the composition of the tires... they are thick. With that, the reamer that is included works well, but what I use instead is a drill with a drillbit to ream out the hold. On a car tire, that is not necessary, but on a truck (I have a Toyota Tundra) it just makes the job easier. Besides that, it is a great kit and I take it everywhere I go. My dad also needed a kit and I sent one to him as a gift--- he has used it twice and he also believes it is one of the best kits he has ever owned.

Good to have.
Arrived on time and in good order. Good tools and complete with valve stems and cores with the core removal tool included. Purchased with the hope that I will never need it but purchased to supplement my roadside service for my RV. Saw this used on Overland Adventure YouTube channel and thought good idea to have.
