Best Value I could find anywere!! Saved hundreds buying on amazon! Glad I didn't go to the RV Store! First time buying a RV. I am mechanically inclined and it was difficult at first setting this up. The instructions were vague on a few things. I wasn't gonna let the RV place overcharge me at $550.00 to set my hitch up on my truck and trailer. Luckily my friend has had a few RVs gave me some help! I highly recommend this hitch if your using a half ton truck and a 26+ft. trailer its Awesome! Perfect ride height on my truck and it hardly even squats! The sway control is perfect and it tracks nicely on windy roads! My headlights are not in the air blinding oncoming traffic!

Simple & effective

Received a while ago, waited till the week before our first trip (6/20/19) of the season to install. I’ve been a carpenter for 40 years so tools & installations are usually not an issue. This one wasn’t either. I preread the instructions, then started by installing the sway bar base to the trailer. Piece a cake, and that made the remaining install a breeze. It seemed simpler then I expected but with this sort of thing I wanted to be extra certain of the final outcome. Approx. 2 hours in, and it was complete with a level truck after measuring the front & rear wheel wells of my F150 as explained in the instructions. Very happy with it. The first over the road experience was night and day difference from not using one on our 22’ Keystone Hideout. Beats spending much more elsewhere and having it installed by others. Thanks Husky

Great product

Package arrived completely destroyed. Contacted the seller, and they offered an overnight replacement and to have us return the original. We decided to just keep the one we got, even though it was scratched up, just for the sake of convenience. Seller issued a refund a few months later for the trouble, which was very nice. It took us some time to set it up, but once it was done it was really easy to use. Works great for pulling our little trailer!

The Best Hitch I've ever used

I love this Hitch. I use it to tow my Liberty Max trailer. I was nervous about towing sense i'm a newbie, but using this hitch is great. I feel nothing when a big-rig passes me or it gets a little windy. I'm very happy I purchased this one.

Just what we wanted

We had the sad experience of having a break in at our trailer at the beach. The thief stole the hitch part of this set but not the bars. It was an older model and this one matched it perfect except you get the extra bar that we don't quite understand yet. Anyhow we had to get the trailer off of the lot by the end of Oct. We put the new hitch on the truck and tried it on the trailer. The parts fit the old frame hook up so we didn't have to install that part. We found out how to hook it up properly by a neighbor and off we went. We'd used the old one incorrectly. It drove as well as expected since we had the water tank full and we were driving through high winds for a hundred miles. If you're a new trailer hauler you should get someone who know stuff to help you. The instructions are not that clear.

Instructions aren't exactly clear

Easy to install if you watch youtube how-to videos. took me over an hour because the directions were meh. The ride is much better for my 6500lb dry weight trailer, less stress on the truck suspension (audibly). The only "hard part" was drilling and threading the screws for the sway bar but still was easy. For the price, it is well worth it. The trailer gross weight is 10k, I bought the 12k hitch just in case we upgrade later. Like the product, used once so far.

This is the one of the best in this class of towing bars. This is my second husky Bar in the 800 to 1200 class. The first one had a little over 100 thousand towing miles and is still in great shape. It was included in the sale of the old trailer.

I just bought a camper for the very first time spoke with a friend of mine who would have a camper for a while and he told me this is the Hitch that you need to have found it on Amazon for a great price about $150 cheaper than camping world product came very quickly was easy to install and worked out great if you have a camper This is the hitch to buy you keep everything from swaying And equals out your truck proportionally to the camper pulls like a dream
