1998 F150 5.4l Four-Wheel Drive Solenoid

This was the fix for my Four-Wheel Drive. YouTube has videos on how to diagnose. Make sure the keyed connector on your truck matches the connector on the solenoid. Some are keyed on the bottom, some on the side. This one fit my truck perfectly.

This part fixed my F150

Heard a strange noise from under the hood when the motor was taxed a little bit, but not when it was on a flat. I replaced this solenoid and a vacuum valve and the problem went away. Dealer wanted to replace the hub lockers and charge me $1200. Glad I tried this first.
