I bought the nail gun so I could re-finish some chairs for my deck... this was great because I needed to try a few sizes until I found the right ones! Also- I was later able to use the brads when I was replacing some trim in my house... no nails needed, SUPER easy, and I don't think you have to squeeze too terribly hard. I'm a fan!

I love that this product came with multiple sizes of staples for various projects. I really didn't want to have 5 boxes of 2,000 staples for different projects laying around. So, this was the perfect solution. Superb quality.

I also bought the Stanley TR250 SharpShooter HD stapler. The thing works flawlessly; in fact, the best stapler I've owned--powered or manual. This assortment will let me practice on a variety of materials with a good range of staple depths. The brads are a bonus. Good products. Good price.

One heck of a good sturdy staple. We do a lot of our own furniture recovering. Having sturdy tools and staples are a must if you wish to have quality work at the end of the job. Why skimp on cheaper staples and such? In the end, using cheap materials and using inferior products makes your work look shoddy and poorly done. These staples pop right out of the gun, no jams. They are extremely well made and durable, no bent staples, nothing is out of alignment. Top of the line staples that deliver what is promised. Take it from me, I've been doing this type of work since I was a poor college student, and in the old days I didn't know the difference. Now that I've got some miles of experience, I clearly understand the importance of great staples and accessories.

I purchased this in conjunction with a heavy duty Stanley stapler I was using to tack up weed barrier inside pallet planter boxes. I used the 5/16" size which surprisingly wasn't too short a depth to effectively work on the hard wood pallets. The staples fit the TL150 stapler and performed as expected. I like that this assortment offers options for DIY projects and is also reasonably priced. Would buy it again and recommend it to others.

I had several projects requiring different lengths of staples and when I went to look for staples in my late husband's workshop there were only the old wide kind -- and that stapler just takes too much hand power for me to use. When the narrow-staple stapler I'd purchased (much easier to use) ran out of what came with it, I priced the 3 sizes of staples I needed-- very pricey considering I just needed a few of each size. THIS set is perfect! There's enough of each size so that it will last me a few years. No hunting through different packages to see what I've got-- they're all in one place. The price is great when considering you're not purchasing excess that may never be used. I highly recommend this "sampler" package to anyone who just wants to keep their stapler handy in a drawer to use as needed. Sure beats the expense of several large packages of different sizes and hunting "the one" you need. Delivery was fast, packaging was good, and price was right.

[Do I begin by expressing my respect for them (they hurt like he!l)?] Anyway, these were $3 more when I purchased so they're a better deal now. Once I settled on the right size, I ignored the others until I had no choice. Still, 9/16", 1/2" and 1/4" sizes are very rarely used and this may be your use case also. As a result, you may not be buying these more than once, opting to buy the commonly used sizes. If you need an assortment or starter pack, this is your number.

I bought this to replace my old stapler. I needed to recover my dining room chairs and wanted something sturdy and easy to use, as I am not as young as I used to be. Haha, and this baby did not disappoint. I love that you can use brads or staples depending on your application . It is easy to use AND strong!

Pros: good quality, variety of prong lengths, large number of staples, work well in my staple gun, packaging keeps the varieties organized Cons: none at this time I use these staples to put up targets at the range, but they are capable of much more than that. The staples are long and sturdy and could probably be used even in more permanent capacity. I would recommend this option to anyone who uses a staple gun and needs a variety of lengths.

If you aren't a pro who shoots the same thing over and over again but a homeowner who might need to do a few things, this is a great assortment to get. Prime shipping and a great price meant I was ready to tackle a number of projects. Someone asked about the package. If opened carefully (pull out the staples) the clamshell package works fine to hold everything and keep organized. I placed it in a drawer and its fine but wouldn't recommend just dumping in a tool box.
