Love the convenience, and the no mess fuss. I find myself threadlocking everything these days, be sure to get the blue in the same type stick, so you have that option, becuase you wont ever want to go back to the squirty messy things again.

Excellent Product

Why would one by the liquid tube any longer? This application in the best iteration of an already great product. I won't be bothering with anything else ever again. When assembling a piece of Ikea furniture, this product steps up the less-than-stellar quality of the piece. I am sold

Loc-tite

This works great. Best thread locker out there. You had better put your part where you want it,because five minutes later you not changing its location.You will need a torch to free it up.

Finally a no mess threadlocker.

When I first saw this stick threadlocker, I couldn't get it fast enough. I build a lot of engines and similar that require threadlocker on various bolts/nuts that encounter vibration or where you cannot use a lock washer. The liquid threadlocker has always been problematic to use and takes time to get some out if getting low. This threadlocker stick solves all the problems, no mess, no waste and fast apply. I first used Loctite's stick anti-seize and only way to go. I am really glad Loctite now makes both the red (high strength) and blue (medium strength) threadlocker compound in these easy to use sticks.

Spill free sticks are great!

Loctite's stick products are great. No spilling, no leaking in toolbox, just exactly the amount of product where you want it. I now have both red and blue harder in stick form. Plus silver and copper anti seize. I'll buy more!

Buy it now, thank me later

These sticks (red and blue) are game-changers, in my opinion. They are pricey but you're getting a TON of product. Once you use a solid, you'll wonder why you ever messed around with the little tubes of the liquid. Don't get scared off by the price- you'll thank me later. I use the red and blue sticks for gunsmithing and they are a must-have.

Less wasted product, easier storage

These stick / gel based lockers are better for occasional use hobbyists. Easier to grab just what you need and it stores really well without special care or drying up. Also no worrying about spilling if you toss it into a bag or chest just floating around. I suspect the normal liquid tubes would be better value per application, but for someone like me who uses threadlock a few times a year, these sticks are very nice.

Amazing idea from Loctite

Awesome product. A genius idea. No more worries of accidentally smashing the old style loctite tube and wasting it. This is where you want it and exactly perfect. Product is like a glue stick with loctite compound inside in case you were curious on how this works. Update: I just finished this tube 2.5 years later. Time to buy more. I love this product.

This stuff is a game changer. I can keep in my pocket. I just dab some on the threads and pop the cap back on. No leaking, no drips. I think it goes further because you don't drip as much and you use less. I just wonder if the expiration date is still 12 months or if this stuff lasts longer.
