Excellent for cutting cakes and other bakery. Well worth every penny.

I bought one of these at a local discount store. My mom had seen mine and wanted one for herself. I bought her this and she loves it as much as I do. It's perfect for cutting a lot of desserts, I've even used it on rice krispie treats. The serrated blade makes it ideal for even harder items like cookies or crusts. It allows you to cut without the fear of damaging your pans.

These knives are the only thing to use when cutting foods in nonstick, aluminum pie pans or stainless steel. Cuts through pies with ease and perfect for brownies and bars. I keep several on hand as I would be lost without one.

Excellent for use on non-stick pans. Won't scratch.

Love this knife! Very sturdy and does not cut my coated pans. Perfect for removing a brownie from a pan, as well! This is my 2nd one, in case I want to "gift" someone with this fabulous knife!!

Sharper and more rigid than you would expect from a plastic knife. Works great for cutting pies in non-stick pie pans without damaging the coating.

I used this knife on lemon bars in a non-stick baking pan. It is sharp and does not hurt the pan.

I added two of these in an oceanfront rental unit so my renters don't cut on my non-stick cookware and cookie sheets. Hopefully they will use them. I wrote on them with black marker so they knew what they were for.

Great for cutting brownies and cakes in your prize pans.. don't use a metal knife on your high dollar non stick pans.. this does the job with no damage.

Brownies should always be at room temperature (or close) before they are cut. That being said, they can be really hard to cut - they are very tough (at least for the chewy one we love). Using a sharp knife is the easiest way to cut brownies, but you run the risk of damaging you pan. I saw this and thought it was worth trying. I am so glad I bought it! It works really well - even on the outer edges of the brownies. It cuts perfectly and the brownies do not stick to the blade - I love that! Easy to clean - I wash mine by hand. It is a quick way to clean it and no worries about reside from the dishwasher. I read a few reviews which said it breaks too easily. I am not sure what they are doing with it, but mine has a bit of give so I can get under the brownies and lift them out with no problems at all. If someone is going to push really hard and bend it too much, I guess it could break. It does not need a lot of pressure to get under the brownies, so just use a little and this knife will last a long time.
