Just what I needed
My unit is freezing so I purchased this to wear under my scrub tops. I ordered a XL. I'm 5'10 220lbs ans this fits loosely on me but thats how i wanted it, not too tight. The sleeves are still loose enough for me to push up if necessary. Nice and silky feeling. No abrasive material. Love it. Also its tagless, another plus

Holy grail
I was looking for something form fitting, not too tight, you know, just right to go under short sleeve shirts. This. Is. It. Look no further. I ordered my size and it fits perfectly, not too tight or loose enough to cause wrinkles. Fits so perfectly in fact you could wear it alone or sleep in it like. The fabric is to die for soft and perfect. I've been wearing long undershirts for about 10, maybe even 15 years now under my uniform and this is the holy grail. If you're not wanting to spend the money on Under Armour, or don't need it, this is the best thing. And unlike UA it won't squash your boobs into a sweaty mess.

My favorite under-scrub shirt.
I am 5'6" and a slender 160lbs. I am usually a medium in tops and medium or large in bottoms. I went with the medium and thought it fit really good. But a month later, at a Scrub-hub store, I bought the exact same shirt in small and it fits better. I liked this shirt over the other white under-scrub shirts I've tried because the neckline is a little wider and doesn't peek out from the neckline sides of the scrub top I have and the fabric just feels really nice. I have a compression top that I used to use before this shirt and liked the tightness but found it's hard to scrunch up sleeves before starting procedures (like IVs) where I don't want to get anything on the ends of the sleeve. This shirt's fabric is soft and stretchy and easy to pull up on forearms. I've had the medium for a few months now and it's held up really well.

Favorite under scrub top
These tops are fantastic for under scrubs, especially if you need them to cover tattoos. Both the black and grey are opaque enough to cover tattoos while also being thin enough to be comfortable when running around in isolation gear. The sleeves push up past the elbow easily and stay put when needed. They also hold up extremely well to repeated washing and drying which is surprising considering the low price. A medium works perfect for my size 8 frame.

Sublime but runs a bit large
5 stars because, if this fit, it would be sublime. It's very soft, not too thin (not see though), rich color, high quality fabric. I returned it for 2 reasons: (1) to me, fit is somewhat larger compared to other sizes. I ordered a large thinking it would be a good snug under scrubs; instead it's still too large. I'm 5.3" 165, 38C. (2) Sleeves are too long... as long as body length. I could keep it to wear with non-work outfits, or layering during cold weather/environments. Some people mentioned sleeping in this top (I sleep in cotton though). If you are tall, need more chest room, like longer sleeves, more than likely you'll love this top!

LOVE these undershirts
LOVE these undershirts. They are clingy (not tight) so I can pull my sleeves up when washing my hands and not get my shirt wet. They have hold their shape well through several washes. I have 4 colors of these and love them. All of them (except the white) could easily be worn as a regular long-sleeve shirt (the white one would be a little too see-through to be worn on its own). You can see a little logo tag on the end of the sleeve on the left arm; I was worried that I would be bothered or annoyed by it, but I don't notice it while it's on.

Tried Multiple Brands, This One's Best.
I tried a few different scrubs-friendly undershirts from different brands, all the same size, XL. I am typically a Large. This one was not only roomy from being the correct size ordered, it managed to be super soft, super comfy, and to have the sleeves stay where I put them all day every time I wore it. The ends of the sleeves have not worn any larger from being pushed up or tugged on, and the softness has not deteriorated despite multiple laundry cycles. The color was exactly as pictured, and has not faded either. While my job isn't in the medical field, it's still very physical and (with a long torso) this shirt keeps me covered. Absolutely worth the extra couple bucks over the other brands.

Excellent undershirt! Size down!
I love these under scrub tees. They cover my tattoos (🙄) without making me too warm. They are SUPER stretchy, so you might want to size down. I'm a small scrubs top and the small in this, while it fit, was so long it would have rolled up when I pulled up my pants! The xs is plenty stretchy to fit totally fine, not like a shirt I would wear by itself, but perfect to be under a scrub top and not be annoying, and it's short enough it won't roll in my pants. The sleeves are still plenty long. It's also super super soft, bonus!

These shirts are so great against your skin and you can roll the cuff ...
These shirts are so great against your skin and you can roll the cuff without worries that next time it wont be snug ... no super stretch out. Honestly nice shirts that can keep you a bit warmer but not sweltering hot like cotton can. These breathe better.

soft, lightweight, comfortable. can be worn in any situation
*Edit, I now have several of these and I love them even more now. Even on hot days (long sleeves), I can still wear them out. I wish I had discovered these Years ago. It's very soft and it's lightweight. It is Not see-through in spite of the light material (I don't know about white). Because of the material, I don't get hot. Yet, it creates a great layer. This top can work for layering or just by itself. I even wore it with a skirt to church. The sleeves reach just over my wrists which is perfect for me. However, I can pull them up to midarm and they will stay in place. No worries about getting the sleeves wet when I wash my hands. I was originally looking for a rash guard to wear under short sleeve shirts but I am really glad that I was unable to find what I was looking for. This is just So much better. I plan to purchase a few more in different colors. Yes, there is a little yellow tag on the left cuff. Small enough scissors will cut the threads if it really bothers you. i thought that it would bother me but, really, I barely notice it. Plus, it can always be tucked under.
