The material is lightweight, and has a very subtle shimmery appearance that makes it stand out from typical lab coats that make me look and feel like I'm wearing a coat made out of a white bed sheet. I feel like the material makes it look nicer and more professional. The pockets are spacious and one of them has multiple compartments. The best thing is it doesn't wrinkle in the dryer - it comes out looking brand new and completely wrinkle free! This is an important factor for me and I was pleasantly surprised by that. The size seems to run big; I am normally an XS but this XS seems pretty big. I like that I can tighten it in the back, but I had to tighten it all the way, which causes folding in the back. The upper arm sleeves also seem to be disproportionately big. But overall I love the coat; the shape fits nicely, the length is perfect, and it is flattering overall.

I love these (I own three.) lab coats. They are easy care and look great right out of the dryer. The only thing I would change, and I did, would be to stitch down the facing the length of the button fronts. This prevents the industry standard sloppy tenting, not limited to this brand, that occurs when the coats are not buttoned. I've had to address this issue with every lab coat I've ever owned.
I love this lab coat. I bought the gray color and have got several comments about how nice it looks. It's very light weight but also keeps you warm, but not too warm. It fits well and can be adjusted with the buttons on back. The pockets are perfect. The right pocket has three smaller pockets which allows me to keep my pens, keys, and business cards separated. I'm going to buy the white for variety.
This jacket is very flattering. It has adjustable buttons in the back so you can cinch in the waist. I love the fabric, its breathable. I like my jackets more fitted so I ended up keeping this small and ordering an extra small from another uniform company. It seems to run slightly big. I'm about 160lbs athletic so I look smaller. Fits perfect over all of my scrubs.
This fixes a lot of my issues with lab coats: 1) lightweight, sheer fabric which isn't as sweat inducing 2) multiple, different sized pockets, including a small one for your credit card 3) this is the reason why I bought it- truly no-iron, the soft fabric collar doesn't stick up weird out of the dryer. I've been recommending to all my friends to give it a try. FYI, runs a little large like most lab coats do- I'm usually a S in regular clothes and an XS fits perfectly.
