Cracked screen but still recommend.

This scale seems accurate and consistent. It has a tare feature so you can put a tray on it and zero out the tray weight. My main issue is the plastic screen was cracked and Amazon quickly sent another one which also had a cracked screen. I read others had the same issue. Not sure why this seems to be common as it seems well packed. The crack does not interfere with the performance. Amazon made it right for me. Also, the included battery was dated 2014 did not work. It also is very light in comparison to an Energizer 9V which tells me it probably would not have lasted very long anyways. The scale does come with an adapter. It does seem accurate and it operates well. The screen is bright too. The price is excellent as well. So despite the cracked screens and 9V issue I would say this is a good product. I would rather have reliable weight accuracy than a pristine screen with poor accuracy. Amazon handled my issue well though. Update. Amazon sent me a replacement which also had a cracked screen which I have to agree is disappointing and annoying. However, I am raising my rating to 5 stars as Amazon made everything right for me and the scale itself is meeting my expectations despite the cracked screen. The scale allows you to add weight to it and the weight reading will increase. Now for my most important test, I packed up the original scale to return it and I weighed it. I wrote the weight on the box 3 lbs 13.6 oz. I took it to UPS and they weighed it. It weighed 3.85 lbs...which is exactly 3 lbs 13.6 oz. Great scale great price. The cracked screen does not impact the scale accuracy. It is amongst the least costly scale with great features. My only suggestion is expect that the one you get will probably have a cracked screen so you won’t be upset if it is and you can get on enjoying your scale. Oh and you may have to supply your own 9V. Again not a big deal as the one that comes with it is very low end anyways.

Small, compact, durable, works great! Like the large blue digital read out. Love that it takes up hardly any room. Love this little scale. Now I am able to weigh packages, print postage online from USPS, and schedule pickup at my door by my mailman. Wonderful convenience. Scale is solid and will probably last rest of my life. Great purchase!

Great Scale for Weighing Small Animals

We use this scale for weighing small rescued kittens and closely monitoring their weights. We like that we can record their weights in grams. This scale is easy to read, zeroes out quickly, has a tare weight feature, and gives us consistent readings. We like it better than similar models by other companies. We plan to buy a few more for our animal rescue group.

Accurate!

Great scale, love the A/C power! So far it's been very accurate. I put a 25lb weight on it and it was spot on! Great for mailing even the smallest items!

For a cheap scale it has work well. I also know by asking a person at the post office what their scale weighed a package I had to take there that it is very accurate.
