These were the perfect size for my purpose. I love the vibrant color that has held up through multiple trips through the oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

I just love these cute, colorful ramekins! I bought 4 packages so that I could keep the yellow and red ones and have a total of 8 of them, while I gave the orange and blue ones to a friend so that she could have 8 of them as well. I wanted to color coordinate with my fiesta ware dishes and my Emile Henry bakeware. (The yellow ones match perfectly to my Emile Henry yellow bakeware. ) I make big casseroles than I use these cute little ramekins to freeze the casserole for individual servings. They come out of the freezer, sit on the counter for short defrost, then pop into the microwave like a charm! Sometimes I even use the defrost on my microwave if I am in a hurry. I cannot say enough good things about these. They are 10 oz size which makes for an excellent sized serving. I love the color and the square design as well! These are the perfect size for individual pot pies, soup, or luscious desserts. I like that they are oven and microwave safe. These are WONDERFUL!! Yay Rachel Ray! Love how vivid the color is even after repeated baking. I make lots of single serving desserts in this (note that they are quite small), as well as small savory dishes. They are quite fragile, so you have to make sure they don't crack - no exposing them to extreme temperature changes! One of the bowls in the order was broken (though I think that has more to do with the delivery) and the set was promptly replaced by Amazon. Note that the handles are also just for show (to match the rest of the Rachel Ray line), they are barely big enough for your fingers.

Truly Love These!

This is my second set of these....bought my first set about a year ago. LOVE them and use them for all sorts of things. Great addition to any kitchen!

PERFECT SIZE.

These ramekins are so handy! I purchased them for individual French onion soup dishes, but have used them for so many other things. The quality is wonderful, and I really like the depth of the blue color, it makes them look regal. Very happy with this purchase!

LOVE these ramekins!!

I knew as soon as I opened the box that I would immediately be ordering an additional set! Great sizes and beautiful colors! The blue and orange perfectly match my Temp-tations collection pieces from QVC. A second set will give me 6 ramekins for my kitchen, and the 2 red ones will make a lovely Christmas gift. Dishwasher and freezer safe. An excellent buy!

I have several of these in multiple colors. Perfect for portion control. I use them for playing my food; stews, chilis, cereals, deserts, fruit....the possibilities are endless. One of the top 5 of my all time favorite gadgets/utensils/dishes in my kitchen. Great gift.
