Protect Your Scrapes And Gashes

These are a must have for my medical kit when hiking/riding through the humid wet summer months. Keeps rain water out of fresh wounds and scratches, which are inevitable while hiking rocky or rough terrain. They don't fall off with sweat or even if you wash your hands while wearing one on a finger. Used in combination with Neosporin Antiseptic Spray.. i've never had an issue with infection or dirty wounds while mountain biking, hiking, or climbing in the elements. This is one of those perfect examples where you don't want to go generic.. you certainly get what you pay for..

Truly waterproof!

Am a triathlete and got in a bike accident. Used these to cover road rash (once they healed) to go swimming. I swim 3x a week for 1-1.5 hours and they stay on. I also use them for biking/running to protect the skin from UV rays (you should protect new skin so the pigment grows back similar to your original color) and it stays put even when you're sweaty. It has a duct tape consistency. If you get the sticky residue, use nail polish remover or alcohol to remove it.

Tough means Tough

After using a Band-Aid Waterproof Tough Strip on my finger from a cut, the product speaks for itself. The adhesive on this product is strong enough to hold for an extended period of time, making them last longer. With the adhesive being so durable and strong, it provides for a great flexible attribute as well. This provides for a comfortable relaxed fit without the irritation of the Band-Aid falling off or trying to reapply it on the wound. With the flexibility and the strength of the Band-Aid, its provides good support and protection around the knuckles with every bend. (But make sure the area you are applying to is dry for better adhesive results) Most adhesives fall apart or become loose as a result from fingers bending from the everyday natural use. I have used off brand adhesives (money saving purposes) that have fallen off after my first wash of my hands or body! With these Band-Aids, the adhesive still sticks around every part of your skin making more efficient for a quicker heal because there is less of a chance for dirt and other substances getting into the wound, which can cause infections. These Band-Aids are targeted for smaller injuries covering a cut or wound no larger than a two inch diameter. A major drawback to this product however is that it has latex contents which makes for an “allergic” negative for those unfortunate enough to have those reactions. Overall this product works great and I would recommend this to anyone who has a small cut, does not want any infections and that wants a quicker heal.

This is such an amazing and fantastic product

This is such an amazing and fantastic product. On the first day, it brought the mail to my door and proceeded to vacuum the floor. In the shower, it gave me a foot massage. When it came time to clean it in the washer, it did all the other laundry, folded it, and then cooked me dinner too! :) Seriously, after using this a couple times I can definitely see purchasing this product again.

They're sticky. They're sterile. They work.

I picked up a box of these bad boys and added them to my first-aid kit because this isn't my first rodeo, and I know that those flimsy, "standard-sized" band-aids are virtually useless for anything besides perfecting your Nelly (Country Grammar) Halloween costume or covering up teenage acne (we've all been there, and we feel your pain). If you want a band-aid that'll last for longer than 30 minutes and weighs virtually nothing inside of your first-aid kit, I highly recommend picking up a box of these today. Shimmy shimmy, Coco-puff.

Really Big Band Aid

I love these, I just wish more than 10 came in a box! I do about 2 hours of hiking/running a day and my feet can get pretty torn up- these large band aids stay in place and protect any blisters I have from getting worse. I wear them on my heels.

Not various sizes

These band aids are terrific but I already had a lot of the 1". I was looking for a variety of sizes. These only come in 1" & 1" tapered. What thats for I don't know. So ...I'm disappointed but will say the bands "stick"!!

The only product to consider when you need a bandage!

Definitely the best adhesive bandages I've ever used, absolutely, and the top of the Band-Aid line as well! Seriously, bandages are one of those things that you really just need to go name brand, and there's none better than Band-Aid. I love the waterproof tough strips; they stay put, get the job done, and don't dry out your skin or leave behind a gross residue. They are tougher than regular Band-Aids, but made from the same type of porous material to help your skin breath. The adhesive is also high enough quality that the material stays put flush on your skin, so it does its job and prevents the bandage from tearing off from rubbing/snagging etc. Without question, Band-Aid is the only brand I buy adhesive bandages from, and the waterproof tough strips are one of their best products.

really good band aids !

These tough strips are tough strips. When I put one on my hand it was there to stay. Even after showering it was stuck in place solid. Appear to be of very good quality and from a brand I trust over all others. They are the best bands I've ever bought.

Fast shipping, great product.

I was looking for something that can hold on the skin a long time but gentle on the wound. Also something that is water proof and a bit wider. I had purchased one in a pharmacy earlier that claimed to have these but was nothing close to it. I went on Amazon and found this. I received the product the next day I ordered it. I wasn’t expecting it that fast based on my shipping choice. That’s a plus, and I was also impressed by the packaging. After using this product, I give it a 5 star because as they said, it is fully and truly waterproof. You can use it in the shower, pool or expose it to rain or water and it will stay glued together and not peel off like others. It has sufficient width and the band is big enough to cover big cuts or large wounds. The adhesive will make it hold to the skin for as long as you need it, even longer. The adhesive may irritate tender skin a little if you try to remove it in a hurry, but if you remove it gently, it will be just fine. I will go for this any day. I recommend this in your first aid box.
