It's chewy and tasty. I like baking it then put agave syrup on it. A tasty and unusual treat.

We are a gluten free household, and these have become our favorite treat. We grate them up in our food processor, and then throw them on the waffle iron for a few minutes. They puff up all yummy in a way that can be hard to come by in the gluten free world. Just add your favorite toppings and enjoy quickly, as they are not good left over.

Individual tastes vary, but I liked it. Unfortunately they are not individually packaged. There are two packages of 3 pieces.

Good. Not sure how to utilize well yet. But learning. Buy only if you’re familiar on how to cook/flavor.

Love Mochi and happy I can get it here.

Love it. When I have it I eat have a square in the morning with soy sauce and nori. Love to pan cook it. Soft in the middle, crunchy on the outside.

This was my first time trying mochi and I loved it. I decided to try brown rice mochi because its fairly healthier than typical mochi, but I was worried that it wouldn't be as good. I was wrong, this mochi has a nice "nutty" or "toasted" flavor. The texture is excellent, when you bake or fry mochi it becomes chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I tried the mochi baked which was very good, I made mochi crust pizza- I almost liked it better than regular pizza and I attempted to make zanzai, however I think that you need white mochi for that recipe because the brown rice mochi didn't hold up as well. Regardless of that this is an excellent product, and I highly recommend it to those who like mochi and those who have not tried it.

these are great.. really easy to travel with, cook and eat. i have a sensitive stomach and mochi is the best.
