They adjust easily, but can be somewhat confusing to hook up ...
This has been a life saver in transitioning my toddler from a crib to a bed. He loves the feel of having sides and wouldn't sleep in a bed until we got these. They adjust easily, but can be somewhat confusing to hook up in the beginning. This one does have some slack to it when you push on the rail, whereas another one we have from a different company did not. Still works great! One thing we wouldn't have realized until we bought the product is that they state it should NOT BE USED on bunk beds or with another separate rail. It suggest buying a double rail from them if you need one on both sides of the bed.

Very suitable and multi purpose
I was looking for a bed rail that could substitute a crib-like setting for my 1 year old in the bottom bunk of the RV. This was absolutely perfect! I had a 55" gap I needed to fill and this was 54", the only way it could have gotten any better is if it were just a few inches taller and I would've been ecstatic, but I'm still happy this will hold for our vacations!

It attaches easily under the mattress and is secure
works well, and with the mesh, my grandson can still see off the bed. He doesn't feel the need to climb on it to see over. It attaches easily under the mattress and is secure. We are using it on a twin bed and it covers a large enough area to keep him in the bed, despite him being all over the bed when he sleeps. We only used one bed rail on the twin bed and the other side is against the wall. Would buy again.

Super pleased with appearance, quality and how well they work
These were bought to help transition a toddler to a full sized bed. As a grandparent I don't have beds in every size and placing a mattress on the floor did not appeal to me so after reading the reviews I decided to give Regalo a try; and boy am I glad I did! I bought 2, one regular sized at 43 inches long and one Extra Long sized at 54 inches long. This way I had one for the side and the bottom of a full sized bed to create a safe & secue sleeping area for my 2 yr old granddaughter. They were very easy to put together, just clicked into place and the netting went on snugly but also easily. Placng them between the mattress and box spring was also simple to do by myself. Because of the way my bed frame sits, I choose not to lower the sides but as you can see in the pictures, there is enough room left at the corner of the bed for my granddaughter to scoot in and out without worry that she will fall out while sleeping. Both her parents were also happy with them and I am sure it has made them feel better about the time she spends here sleeping. Thank you for a well-made product that I would recommend to anyone looking for bedrails.

Great Bedrail
I really like the length and height of this rail and that it is mesh, so it's lightweight. We drop it down during the time my 2 year old grandson isn't sleeping and then just snap it up when he sleeps. It was fairly easy to install. We are using it on a daybed so there is only a wire frame which it attached too and then the mattress went on top of the straps which hold it in place. It stays snug no matter how much he pulls and tugs on it. It has a lock on the straps. Very sturdy and secure. I like the length, that is almost as long as the bed, so that he can't wiggle down to one end and slide out accidentally. Great bedrail, I wish these had been around when my children were young.

Great
These extra long work perfect. My sons bed is a platform bed. My husband had to drill holes on the frame in order to sit and adapt the bed rails to make it work on the platform. One rail has to be installed more forward than the other side since the bed rails has hooks that sit and hold the bed on each side. This is totally doable. The height of the bed rails only works on a thin mattress. If you have a thick mattress or mattress with pillow top you will have the issue of the bedrails being too short or not high enough as you might read in other reviews. So for my 2 yr old I purchased a regular twin mattress and purchased a down comforter pillow top for the mattress to make it the bed softer and more comfortable. Then the waterproof protector on top of that cover since I have a 2 yr old and sometimes his pull-ups seeps through at night. The bedframe I also purchased here on amazon.

Full bed length...Yay!!!!
Again, something we needed. Our toddler was moved into a full size bed. Which we left on the floor until we felt she wouldn't fall off. Once in her "big girl bed" we realized it was a bit high. Instead of taking it apart and back in storage we opted to try this. Life saver! She can flip and flop with no worries about her flying off and breaking her neck (serious concern we had). Fit DIY: She has a bed without a box spring. it does not fold down as it would with a box spring bed format. There is room at the end for her and use to climb in. It's been fine, but he aware you can't ghost out of the kids room after story time as easily.

Very Sturdy
Bought this and had it sent to my Dads house for an upcoming visit since my 2.5yr old no longer fits in a pack and play so he would be sleeping on the cot. I was nervous because for 1, it's a cot and 2, the fact that the rail folds down kind of freaked me out. I thought, how sturdy could this be? But based off of orevious positive reviews and amazons easy return policy I took the chance. Not only did this hook up the Cot and stay in place with no problem but it was VERY sturdy. My son is a mover in his sleep. Very often he'll wake up on the oppasite side of the bed or up against the rails of the crib. In fact he's such a mover we have been nervous transitioning him to a big bed in fear he'd fall out because of his hard tossing and turning. However after using this rail at my Dads where there are no cribs, I am very confident transitioning him! He was even jumping on the bed at one point and hanging on the rail and it never faultered. The fold down feature does not compromise the sturdiness of the rail like o feared it would. I would HIGHLY recommend this rail! This is an unbiased review. I was not paid nor did I receive a discount for this product to write a review. I am just so satisfied with the purchase I wanted to share. We have only used it the one night but I am very happy with this purchase.

When I first bought this I was a little disappointed with how high it was
When I first bought this I was a little disappointed with how high it was, I thought that it was going to be higher than it was and was skeptical if my daughter would fall out of my bed with it. I have used it now for maybe almost a year. My daughter would not sleep in her crib anymore and I hadn't bought a toddler bed yet. She had no problem sleeping in my bed and it kept her on the bed. Now she's in her toddler bed and still sometimes wakes up and comes in my room and I am confident now that this bedrail will keep her from falling out. So much so that I bought it again, so that my parents can use it for when my daughter sleeps over their house.

Love these bed rails!
I love that these bedrails extend the length of the bed. We just moved my almost 2-year old into a "big girl bed", bypassing the toddler bed. These are great since she is such an active sleeper. The extra length is great for my active sleeper. We used this brand for my older son. He sleeps on the edge of the bed, practically leaning against the rail and it's held up extremely well.
