These are terrific - just what I've needed for pinpoint doweling projects. The only downside was that they don't come with a case. The drills came when expected, well packaged, and well priced. A very satisfactory transaction.

Great for woodworking

This set is just what I was looking for. These work great for drilling out tenons as they allow for overlapping holes. They have the three most common sizes I needed for that job all for under a ten spot. They are nicely ground and run true. All around great bits for woodworking.

Great drill bits. I needed a new set of brad point bits to replace some older ones and these have been perfect. I would definitely buy again Pros: clean holes, cuts fast, great value Cons: doesn't come in a case

Just wanted an extra set of a few brand point bits in a work area of our shop. DeWalt is a good name so this small pack seemed like a good choice. So far, so good.

Excellent bits

They allow me to drill my dowels in the right place, using a jig and a drill stop set. The brad point is very thin on the smaller bits, just be careful not to break them, the 1/2" and 3/8" are thick but good enough to work where it is required.

EXCELLENT

I had the opportunity to use these whil building a charging station. I drilled holes in the center of 1" dowels to use as feet for the box. Drilling into hardwood endgrain can make bits wander. These drill quickly and perfectly using a drill press. They even drilled through fabric without tearing it. That was a pleasant surprise!

I've used regular drill bits thinking they were the way to go for drilling any type of holes but I was WRONG. This bits are awesome. The pointy top makes it easy to make straight holes and makes it easier to drill exactly where you want it to be.

Incredible, screams along, and very hard to find. The guy at Lowes didn't know what this was. For some plastic projects, a pre drilled hole is NOT needed and saves time. DOOO wear your goggles: this bit screams and the chips fly. Seriously, don't use this type of bit without eye protection.

Every home needs this Dewalt bit set

I bought this set of bits to add to an existing order so I would have a minimum for free shipping. I had no idea how handy they would be. I have used these bits numerous times and they are very good quality.
