These worked for exactly what I needed them for. I built a bookshelf and need something to put letters on it. It took a. But of work but I was able to get it the way I wanted it to work. They were the right size. And the fact that they came in multiple sizes really helped out.

Purchased these guides for the kids to use with school projects and for the little ones to practice tracing letters. Received 4 stencils, the pink one is almost 6" side to side, and 2.5" top to bottom 1/2" letters; the blue one is almost 6.5" side to side and 1.75" top to bottom with 4/16" letters, the green one is 7.5" side to side and 4.25" top to bottom with 12/16 letters, the yellow one is 10" side to side and 6.25" top to bottom with 1.25" letters. All measurements are approximate and not exact - just to give you an idea of what you are getting.

Older Guys Love It!

Bought for a Older Guy (72) who was getting worried about his handwriting. These are very well made, and come in enough sizes to cover most writing situations.

Bought for preschooler/kindergardeners to play with writing letters.

I was working with a child who had poor dexterity and could not write letters even though he knew their shapes. He liked to play with the stencil and write letters because it gave him better control of the pencil. Another child I know was able to write letters but still liked playing with this. So it's good beginner letter practice. The smallest stencil is hard to fit anything but the sharpest sharpest pencil into so we really didn't use the smallest one but the largest stencil can be used with crayola washable markers. :)

Works well engraving using Dremel.

I bought these to be used with craft projects. I have been using them for wood and metal engraving. They have even held up great after using my Dremel 4000 to trace letters onto different media types. I would recommend them for multiple hobby uses.

Great size variations, right down to the smallest size. I looked all over on Amazon and eBay trying to find a stencil in tiny print. Although the font is very simple - it does match the tiny size that I needed :-)

Nice set for art journals

I bought this specifically to use in my art journals. It works great for that. I haven't used the two smaller guides yet and it looks like the smallest one would be a bit difficult except with perhaps a mechanical pencil. The two that I have used have worked great with regular pencils and watercolor. They are pretty thick plastic. A good value. I would purchase them again.

I Love these stencils! They are easy to use, you can see thru so lining them up evenly makes my cards look so professional! 4 perfect sizes, and even the smallest works perfectly!
