Best Ever

These (Bosch Icon 20B and 26A) are proving to be outstanding wiper blades. At this point I have been using them for a bit over a month on my Toyota Highlander and they are proving to be the best wiper blades I have ever used; they do a great job of clearing the rain and mist, they are very quiet, and they conform to the shape of my windshield better than any blades ever. The major test will come next winter for the 10 weeks we spend skiing in the Colorado Rockies. OK, its now Feb. 2018 and I am halfway through my winter in the Rockies, to keep it simple these wipers continue to exceed my expectations and provide excellent performance in the trying environment of winter time in the Colorado high country. I will continue to purchase and use these on my Highlander (or any other vehicle I own) in the future.

**Driver's side 2003 4runner blade**

**Driver's side 2003 4runner blade** Works exactly as it should with no sound or streaking. The other reviewers who complain about these blades need to replace their wiper arm springs which pull the wiper towards the windshield. If this spring is old there is not enough tension for the blade to be flush against the windshield. This causes vibration, sounds, and streaking. For me these wipers work perfect.

These Bosch wiper blades are awesome, long lasting, no noise, and effective

These Bosch wiper blades are awesome and long lasting, I replaced the previous ones that lasted me a bit over 3 years (but to be fair I keep my car inside the garage). One of the things that I love the most of this wiper blades is that they are quiet, no streaking noises at any speed, the clean area is even, and there are no missing spot or water lines left while they work.. Yes they are pricey, but I tried cheap blades before with disappointing results, being longevity, noise or uneven clearing. Pay attention to the availability of the blades for your car, like in my case, Bosch offers A and B blades, what that means is that one is for the right and the other is for the left hand, basically the difference is that one has more curvature than the other so they adapt better to the curvature of the windshield From bosh website: “Bosch ICON blades use exclusive tension spring arcing technology to create a fit that is custom-contoured to the curvature of each side of the windshield. The correct blade for a particular vehicle is based on a combination of the blade length and the curvature of the windshield. Driver side always has an “A” part number. If you drive at night while raining, when turn your wipers on, and with the incoming traffic lights if you do not see clear, that means you need to clean your windshield, other wise you will have jumping, streaks and noise. I normally clean it using dish washing liquid and the old wiper blades under the shade, and plenty of water. before I install the new ones. Use common sense so you don't damage you cars paint with detergents. Hot wax on the car wash is one of the worst for the windshield, it creates a film of wax and road grease that it is very had to remove. Read a lot about ho\w to properly clean your windshield.

What is Type A and Type B?

A is for Driver and Passenger side. B is for Passenger side ONLY. You can combine A/A or A/B. Type B has extra curve slightly for the passenger side, but Type A will perform as expected.

Fits Perfectly for Honda Civic Coupe 2006

Some reviewers of this product said it does not fit a Honda Civic 2006. I have a Honda Civic 2006 Coupe with the wiper blade arms that you press a tab in to remove the wiper blades, and this 28" ICON wiper blade fit perfectly! To get it to attach to the Honda Civic 2006 wiper blade arm, you need to remove the universal plastic adapter from the top of the ICON wiper blade, then you can easily slide the blade into the wiper blade arm. When you slide it in all the way, you wil here the plastic tab snap into place and you can also see the plastic tab fit into the wiper blade arm...just like how the original Honda wiper blade was. These wiper blades are just as good or better than the original Honda wiper blades. The 28" ICON wiper blade is ONLY for the driver's side of a Honda 2006 Civic. You need to get the shorter 24" ICON wiper blade for the passenger/right side of a Honda Civic 2006; this is why these are not sold in pairs. Performance on these are great, especially for night driving when its raining.

The wipers were easy to install and they offer a clean wipe

BIG ADVICE (for any replacement) ... put a towel down on the windshield when you replace. I replaced my blades this past week. I took the old blade off and put the naked wiper arm into extension so that I could unbox the new blade. Uhm...the arm didn't catch/lock so it snapped down and shattered my windshield ... in the blink of an eye. I can't blame them though -- that was my fault. The wipers were easy to install and they offer a clean wipe.

Great wiper blades / Issue with Amazon suitability matching

I originally used Bosch Excel blades, then upgraded to Icons for our old Rogue and Juke and they always worked great. Now I'm getting ready to buy a set of Icons to replace the original blades on our 2017 Acura RDX. I applied the Amazon search filter for the RDX and noticed that it said that a bundled product (26A+16A) fit the RDX, but when I chose the individual 26A or 16A products it said they did not fit the RDX. I checked the Bosch website and the O'Reilly website and both confirmed that the 26A and 16A were the correct blades for my RDX. A few other reviews have mentioned that the Amazon search filter has incorrectly said this item did (or didn't) fit their vehicle, so I'd recommend checking the Bosch website instead of relying on the Amazon search filter as it appears to have a glitch.

Function & Form. The only wipers I use on my cars.

I have used the Bosch Icons on all of my cars since they hit the market years ago. Like a lot of people. I have been through many different brands and types of wipers, but I find that these Icons give me the overall performance I am looking for. I change the windshield wipers on my cars every year at the end of the summer, because I live in the central valley, ca where summers are in the triple digits and the air is fairly dry. So summers take a toll on the wipers rubber. I have never had any problems with Bosch Icons. Every pair that I have purchased have been great and performed well. I stick with these because they just have a lot of attributes that other wipers do not have. These wipers are frameless so they hug the contour of the windshield instead of just sitting on top of the windshield which can leave lines of water on the windshield. They perform very well at high speeds. With some wipers aerodynamics wasn't taken into account, so what happens is at high speeds the wipers begin to lift ever so slightly away from the windshield loosing their ability to remove all the water from the windshield efficiently. With the design of these Bosch Icons though. They are pushed into the windshield at high speeds so you dont loose performance. These also do not cause any wind noise at high speeds. The sleek design of these just looks great. Most importantly these wipers just do a fantastic job at moving every dropping of water off of the windshield. I recommend picking these up and some of the RainX Washer Fluid additive. The additive makes the water bead up on the windows and makes it easier for the wipers to completely remove it. The Icons work great with out it, but the additive just make them that much better

WOW!

I had a negative experience with cheaper single blade wipers and resolved to never again try them. From this review you can tell that I gave them another try. These are incredible. The fit on my Toyota Highlander is perfect! One of the cheaper blades I used in the past wouldn't stay on through blow dry at the car wash! These have a cap that closes over the top of the connection. They just won't come off without you wanting them too. For over 1600 miles on a recent trip, through some nasty summer rainstorms in Oklahoma, Missouri and Illinois, these wipers performed flawlessly. I am particular about making sure that my wipers clear the rain and don't streak, squeek or chatter. So I was really paying attention and not just because these are a larger out of pocket cost. If you haven't replaced your wipers in the past year, get a set of the ICONs. You deserve being able to see clearly in the rain. I know I won't be using anything else.

Lasted much longer than I expected. 100% satisfaction.

Purchased on April 26, 2016. It's now Jan 28, 2018 (643 days or 1 year 9 months). I live in Texas, so the heat can be extreme here and usually destroys wiper blades. These blades still work and look fantastic. I actually don't need to replace them, but springtime is coming up and I would rather not have any potential issues. I am so satisfied with these blades that I also bought them for my Toyota Tundra and Chrysler 200. I have gotten the same results and I will always be buying these wiper blades for every car I ever own.
