I was very happy with this product many uses for it you can keep your prescriptions in there so no one can get to them you can lock it pretty much anywhere safe to go to the beach and you have extra valuables I lock it to the frame of the seat you can also put a small handgun in there so it's Out Of Reach from everyone or children for that matter I will probably buy another one just because I've found so many things I can do with it and uses for it big thumbs up from me.

I bought several of these safes for the teenagers and men for Christmas. I placed either cash or gift cards in each = everyone was pleasantly surprised over the safe that they didn't even bother to look inside. These little safes were a hit, especially for the teenagers when you just don't know what to get them. Note: please follow the instructions on changing the combination or you will lock it and not be able to open. Don't know how to top this idea next year. Very happy with this purchase 1

Id like to start by knocking other reviews of digits erasing. How often are you opening this thing? These people must be opening this thing a few times a day to have this issue. I open mines maybe once a week to add or take out some money. No problems. I have it in my closet hanging from the closet pole by its cable strap. I use it for the sole purpose of stashing cash that I cant just leave laying around. Its not that its so secure no one can bust it, its just for peace of mind knowing the money cant grow legs and disappear.

The words portable & safe just don’t go together. Only by the loosest definition should this be called a safe. With that in mind I consider this to be a theft deterrent lock box. It’s not heavy enough or built like a tank to prevent thieves from walking off with it & my guess is a hammer & screwdriver might just pop it open. A small bolt cutter might make short order of the cable. So what good is it you ask? I worked in offices all my adult life. About once a year someone would report something small but valuable stolen from their desk (keys, sunglasses, cellphone, etc.) Or, you’re on vacation & things go missing from your room or at the beach. While many hotel rooms now have a safe in the closet, they’ve been reported as easily broken into with a secret code. With 2 small cord openings on both ends I can charge my cellphone while it’s locked inside this lockbox while I eat a meal & secured to an unmovable object in the hotel room without fear of the maid breaking into my personal info. With inside dimensions of 1.25” x 3.5” x 8.125” it’s big enough to hold a passport, jewelry, preciption bottle, money, etc. but not all at once. I’m not sure if there a steel shell but the outside is plastic. The cable is thicker then many bike cables. It’s water resistant (rain) but not waterproof or fireproof but for $18 on Amazon it’s a great buy.

I sell at anime conventions and this little box helps my stress level so much. We usually handle change out of a pencil bag, but when the bag has more 20's in it than we'd like, we then move it to this safe, which is usually tethered to a table leg and hidden under the table we're sitting at. Good for holding cash and then slipping into a backpack at the end of a day. We love it because you can lock it to a pole with the strap and know that someone won't easily grab it and run off. Because we're present the entire time, we're not worried about it being broken into, so we dont' mind that it's not entirely impenetrable. It's better and more low profile than a cash box.

Fits 2 iPhone 7+s, room keys, and cash. Gave us so much peace of mind while we swam the day away at the resort. I got the pink one because it looked more like a makeup case than a personal safe. Looped the cord around the side of a deck chair and the handle of my beach bag and locked it. Added benefit of making it hard to grab the bag and run too.

If you own mouse guns and are looking for a very compact cable lock combination lock case, that's thin, sturdy, padded and just basically works this is it. See pics. Enough said.

I think this is a good little case to keep items secured for short periods of time, when you are at sports events, at the beach or pool, water parks etc. The case is nice and the combination works just fine. I read bad reviews on it saying the combination didn't work, but I had no issues with mine. It includes a cable so you can secure the case when leaving it behind. I like that. Of course it is not a heavy metal case, but many of us do not want to carry a heavy case, just for small events. I'm sure if you used a screw driver you could open it, but for a student at school to leave in their backpack or while playing sports and need to attach to bleachers, I think it works just fine. It's not going to be like a heavy metal high price security safe because this is more for quick trips and to just put your phone away while you swim do sports or something. It's a good case for the price. But not like a gun safe. If you want that, then you need to look into heavy metal and higher dollar security devices, because this is plastic. It can fit a regular iPhone 7, watch, money credit cards and keys.

I read horrid reviews about a resort I was about to stay at, someone suggested this safe worked for them, well someone came right into my room with locked door ie they worked their and opened my luggage, but they were unable to open this safe. It saved my passports, wallet, cash, etc. Its not super duper durable, but it was enough of a deterrent for the shady flockers in punta cana.

I got the white and pink one in a buy 2 bargin. 6yrs later the white one finally broke. Don’t let the plastic hinges keep you from buying it, It possibly may have stopped me and it would have been a mistake. I carry it like a purse to the beach. They can hold a phone, and a portable charger perfectly. I kept it in my Jeep with the faceplate from my stereo secured under my seat. My Jeep was stolen, but they didn’t get my safe. ;)) I just purchased another white one. Even after 6 years there’s none even close to what you get in this safe for the price.
