Handy for light jobs, accepts accessories from larger driver sets.
So nice for quick light screw driving jobs.( That sentence didn't read nice until I added a few words! ) Perfect when using a normal screw driver would be slow but when bringing out a heavy duty electric driver would be a pain and overkill. Too bad the power cord is proprietary. Would be nice if the jack was mini USB or something we have all over the place. Since it is a 3.6 volt, I would think a USB charger could provide the juice needed. In any case it works as advertised and I am happy I bought this. The female socket for the driver is a standard size and I have used extenders and sockets with this driver. Handy. I regret the number of computers I have assembled without a driver like this. Motherboard standoffs, Hard drive cages, etc.

It is what it is for $20 and worth it.(It just went to$17.)
ADDENDUM: 8/6/2018. I just had to come back and up this to 5 stars; 6 if I could! The more I use it, the more I like it. I refinished my kitchen cabinets and used this on all of the hinges - perhaps 40 hinges X 6 screws each(?). It performed flawlessly through each day without needing a recharge and, held torque and speed the whole time. To be honest, I was surprised at just how well it performed. This is unbeatable for the money. END OF UPDATE I read some of the reviews before I bought this, especially the 1 and 2 star reviews. But, after a couple of 4 and 5 star reviews, I decided to try it out. OK; it is definitely a light duty tool but, that is expected. After all it is $20.00 not $120.00. One of the complaints was that it didn't drill very well(?). It most definitely is NOT a drill. It doesn't claim to be a drill so I was surprised at the reviewers expectations. Another was that it didn't have much torque or power. That is also true but, that is why it has a lock setting for breaking loose and snugging up the screws by hand. The very big advantage it gives is speed and continuity. That is, not needing to re-position your hand every quarter turn and possibly loosing contact with the screw head and dropping the screw because you were using your other hand to hold the pieces in position etc., etc. There were also complaints about the battery not holding a charge or, in a couple cases, not charging at all. I would suspect one of two things here. One is that the reviewer didn't read the instructions and fully charge it properly the first time and, the other is they just got a defective product. That's why Amazon has a great return/exchange policy. I've had to use it unfortunately and all was made right. The one complaint I completely agree with, and the reason for only 4 stars, is the location of the power switch and the awkward way it operates. However, this is not a big problem to overcome. In short; it is what it is and, there is no reason to fault it for not being a full size drill/driver tool. If you want to drill and drive torque and power, get a rechargeable hand drill, not a cordless screwdriver.

We like it.
I needed a lighter weight drill for my wife to twist wire; the Dewalt is too heavy for her. I took a chance on this screwdriver, knowing there is no way to grasp the wire. To my surprise I was able to drill a hole in the bit holder, allowing the wire to loop back to the vise. See photo.

Compact, adaptable, keeps a charge
This thing is fantastic. Easy to store in a bag in "screwdriver" position, not heavy but well built, and the location of the button makes it easy to screw or unscrew with one hand in either "gun" or "screwdriver" position. My only real complaint is there isn't a clip anywhere to store another bit, and the bit isn't a combo dual-ended bit either, so the flathead and P1/P0 philips bits we have to carry around invariably get misplaced. Note: Apparently Black + Decker changed this same Li2000 model from "Type 2" to "Type 3". This new "Type 3" appears to be slightly lighter, and the charging plug is now larger, with a little metal piece to keep it snug. I never noticed the "Type 2" version charger plug to not be perfectly snug, so not sure why this change was made - it does make it annoying that our shop now has 8 of these, and the new 3 have different charging plugs :/

It does the job
I love this tool! It works great and is easy to use. The only thing I didn't like was that I ordered the drill bits that Amazon suggested be bought with it. They had the round end and they don't work. It needs the hexagon end bits.

This is More Than Enough for the Simple Do-It-Yourselfer - Impressive for the Cost
Mounted a new screen door on my nephew's home and I am impressed with this driver. Even though every screw hole was pre-drilled for #10 x 1" screws, I pre-drilled for 100% + thread depth, most screws were screwed in & out multiple times to get the door's frame shimmed out where it would shut air-tight and it lasted the entire project. I really didn't expect that from a $22.00 to-the-door cordless screwdriver. I have been in maintenance all of my life and am now disabled so I didn't want to buy something with multiple batteries and as heavy-duty as I once needed, because I just can't work that long any more. This is more that enough for the simple home owning DIY'er

One of the Best Tools In the House
I wish I could give this tool more stars! I've used one for years and bought this for my son to keep at his house. I've used it for every kind of household and garage project you could imagine. I reach for this tool before I go for a screwdriver every time. See my other reviews for the kind attachments you'll want to keep on hand. These hold their charge for a long time and run a long time on a charge. Just don't leave them on the charger for more than 4 hrs as it will damage the batteries. It has yet to run out of juice on a job in my 20 yrs of experience. Killer price on Amazon. Buy these as a gift for all the homeowners in your family!

Works for me
Well worth the price. Not designed for commercial use which is fine . I did not kid myself . For around the house its super. Did the initial charge and used it for a light duty job that required a lot of screwing and bingo . This little driver did great . It does have a surprising amount of low torque so be cautious on over tightening on lessor torque required jobs . I stopped short of over tightening and used a manual driver to test an glad I did .This is a screw driver . Not a do all power tool . If screwing is your task then get one .

Very happy with this.
For visual purposes only....I'm a middle aged woman who started buying furniture that has to be put together. All my life I had 'someone' else around to do things for me, now it's time for me to take care of myself. I bought this to help and it's been a life saver! It's really been a pleasure to use, not to mention - very easy to use. Probably could have bought a more powerful unit but this really did the job for what I need it for. Cut 'building' time in half I'm sure, not to mention saving my wrist/arm from turning a screwdriver. Forward, backward and lock position so you can use it like a regular screwdriver. Held a charge for more than one use too. I bought the drill bits for it too but haven't used them.

Another winner for B&D
I was a little afraid that this would be underpowered. But, I've come to rely on my B&D rotary tool, so I gave this a shot. I do a lot of furniture assembly, and that's why I got this. Dozens of screws get tiring and a full sized power drill is heavy. I like to travel light. This lets me get through a bed assembly or a desk or both with no issues, charges quick, and has a folding grip. The engine is just powerful enough to drive a #6 drywall screw into a 2x4 without bogging down, and the battery is enough to repeat it many times. It takes standard hex bits, so the addition of a Ryobi hex bit set made this the perfect companion. I could probably get away with this, the hex bits and a few drill bits. But I'm still lugging around the sockets, just in case. :)
