I am 48 & have osteoarthritis, multiple herniated discs & painful busitis in my hip. doTERRA Deep Blue Rub has been a lifesaver for me! I use it at least 3x a day to relieve pain & increase mobility so I can work & function in daily activities. It smells great & works amazinly well compared to other over the counter medicated rubs. When I use it, I feel so much better, In conjunction with stretching, yoga & light exercise. I would highly recommend it!

Works Wonders

I bought two as gifts - one for my dad who is an avid runner and one for my boyfriend who suffers from back pain following surgery. Both of them told me this stuff works really well and eased their pain in both of their situations. It also has a pleasant smell that isn't too powerful or offensive. They both suggest rubbing it in at night before bed, you'll wake up feeling much better the next day.

No pain no more!! This bottle lasts, because it only takes a smaller amount to numb your pain. When I threw my back out this stuff literally got me a back on my feet and back to work. I sent this bottle to my brother-in-law after he broke both of his heels. It does not quite reach bone depth pain, but absolutely helped with his feet and numbing some of the pain

Be prepared to smell like mint and relax

this stuff is a miracle on my back and shoulders. Be prepared to smell like mint and relax. Just don't SLATHER it on. my partner did and i was in active pain if i didn't stand in front of the fan. if you DO by mistake, let it absorb into a towel or something like that. It will help much better than trying to wash it off in the shower.

Love this stuff!!

Have been using this product for years. It never disappoints. The scent is strong but not overwhelming and first and foremost takes care of my aches and pains. Eases muscle aches within minutes.

Amazing for pain

I have chronic migraines/tension headaches and neck pain. My migraines almost always start out with neck pain. When I feel a tension headache/migraine coming on, or if I just have neck pain, this typically takes the pain away. I was worried about the cost at first, but one 4 oz bottle has lasted me almost a year now. I feel that the price is worth the product, especially since you really only need to use a little at a time. Don't know what I would do without it!

BEST for pain relief!

I have a herniated disc and I threw my back out twice recently. Went to Chiropractor and still left in pain. Put this on and pain went away almost instantly. Still followed up with chiropractor, but this stuff is the best for helping with my back pain. Worth every penny.

This guy works a lot like Icy-Hot but 1

This guy works a lot like Icy-Hot but 1. arguably smells better and 2. has CBD oil in it to help alleviate pain in addition to the chemical reaction that it puts off to ice and heat once rubbed on. Just be careful of the areas of the body you apply to and make sure you wash your hands after application. Can lead to a "fizz" sensation in "sensitive" areas!

Good for back/shoulder pain

I first got to use this product by a recommendation from a friend. I have an aunt who is almost 80 and she felt down from the stairs one day. Along with her treatment with the doctor, we started using this product in the night rubbing the parts she's feeling pains. She said it's so good and it did improve her pains. She's now in overseas but every time I or my family visit her, she's asking to buy and bring multiples for her. The other night, my mom started feeling a pain around her arms. It was too bad she couldn't even move her arms. It was late in the night so she couldn't go to a doctor but used this product and it got a lot better. It's a good product with a good result so far. I haven't heard anything negative about it yet.

Amazingly Effective

My hair stylist, who is knowledgeable about essential oils and their use, recommended doTerra's Deep Blue Rub for my stiff and sore neck and shoulder. She applied the wintergreen-scented cream to my neck immediately upon learning of my affliction, wrapped my neck with a towel, and by the time I was finished with my appointment, I was feeling relief. Within two days of receiving this product, the flexibility in my neck had returned and I was without pain. Amazing product!
