Works fine
Picked this up from Amazon when rebuilding my toilet's fill valve as it was about the same price as the home improvement store and was available with Prime shipping. Worked fine. The toilet end of the hose was rather easy to cross-thread onto the fill valve's threads, so make sure you're paying attention when screwing it on. Otherwise, when it clicked, it was sealed, and hasn't leaked.

Good quality, easy to install, solved the drip.
Cheap and easy solution to a drip that had developed behind the toilet. The distance between toilet and valve is a bit odd, so the previous hose was bent at somewhat odd angles, leading it to leak. This one installed quick and easy and seems to not have as much strain on it, so hopefully will hold up longer.

The click safe option is the best alternative. These connectors don't see wear and won't ...
Having lived through $20k worth of water damage caused by a water supply connector that was over-tightened, I know the value of these things. I replaced my decades old supply lines through the house with the flood safe connectors, but the flood safe connectors don't work well for toilets or washing machines as they constantly trigger during normal use. The click safe option is the best alternative. These connectors don't see wear and won't fail for decades so long as the plastic isn't under stress. The click during installation ensures that doesn't happen. Out of the options out there, I consider these to be the best for toilets and washing machines and I have paid a lot of attention to water supply connectors.

If for no other reason, buy it for the CLICK SEAL technology
As claim adjuster I've seen far too many flooded houses because, years ago, somebody chose to over-tighten the plastic nut on these that connect to the toilet tank. This can cause a hairline stress fracture in the nut and ultimate failure that floods your house. This "click seal" technology is amazing. Hand tighten until it clicks and you're done! You're guaranteed it's not overtightened and it will not leak. Another tip: Consider buying water leak detectors and put them everywhere in your house where there is a potential for leaks. This can save you thousands.

Works!
I bought this to replace a leaking hose. The clicking connector worked as advertised. I just turned until it clicked. No more guessing if I got it tight enough. I did use plumber's tape, but I always use that on plumbing. Leak is gone.

Great new invention!!!
this item is a great invention. I just replaced the hose between the shut off valve and the commode using the standard kind and it is a headache--tighten and check for a leak---tighten and recheck---until it is dry with no leak----NO MORE!!! I replaced the second bathroom commode parts and used this instead of the old kind----"VIOLA". hand tighten til it clicks and no leaks. the wing nut end that connects to the commode is very easy to tighten with the extended wings on it. the only thing now is to replace the other end with a user friendly attachment that can be hand tighten without a tool and it would be absolutely perfect!!! maybe that will be corrected before I need to change another one. lol.

quick and easy
Bought these to replace the toilet lines as I slowly change out my old toilets. So far I installed one of these and it couldn't have been easier. Love the "click" when you tighten the nut on the toilet. Takes the guess work out of over tightening and cracking the toilet tank! Someone with 0 plumbing skills can do it.

It's a hose...!
The hose is a bit stiff but as long as your careful with install/replacing you'll be okay! You don't need to use additional pipe/plumbers tape for the threads as this hose does have a gasket on both ends but for some (such as myself) it'll be okay to use additional pipe/plumbers tape for that additional reassurance of a good leak free seal!

Easy fix for peace of mind
My leak was actually in the valve, but was the old kind with the corrugated hose attached. So I replaced both, and this hose was easiest part. I probably should have ordered a shorter one but it can be bent without kinking. Feels heavy-duty and secure. I may go ahead and change another one it was so easy.

My house flooded and I bought these to never let taht happen again
My water supply line to the upstairs toilet failed while I was out of town and flooded my house with 4000 gallons of water. The insurance guy said this happens "all the time". They say that you should replace these every 5 years. I now an a believer after losing collectible and cherished belongings due to a flood.
