Nice Replacement for the Real Thing

This tree is better than the previous one we had. The branches look more real, but other than that it is fairly similar. The benefits of this tree are that it comes in 3 pieces. No putting each individual branch onto the "trunk". So it went up fast. It looked sickly at first, so we had to bend some branches to get it to all look right. Looks great now. Nice and full, green and very feastive. Good purchase thus far.

Love it, love it, love it....

Every year for the past several years I've researched artificial trees. I wanted to find one that looked and felt real but was within our budget. I ordered this one based on the one outstanding review at the time, the picture, and the price. It arrived one day ahead of schedule and we couldn't wait to open it. It was extremely easy to put together. I had to spend about a 1/2 hour arranging the branches, but it looks terrific! The tips on the outer part look unbelievably real. Even without decorations, it's gorgeous. Of note, I added a close up picture of what the branches look like. It can be see next to the photo of the tree. We've now decorated it and it looks even more real. One of the nice things about wire branches is that it makes it easier to hang ornaments without worrying they will fall. The color of the tree is very natural looking, too. It reminds me of the authentic color of a douglas fir. I honestly do not think you can beat this tree for the cost. It looks similar to ones costing hundreds more that I've researched. If you're looking for an affordable, high quality artificial tree, this is it.

Please don't hesitate to buy....it is a beautiful tree and looks so real. I have a small living room and the tree is just perfect! I'm so happy with it, I'm going to leave it up until Jan. 2019. It was so easy to set up and I'm in my 70's. Thanks Amazon!

I was prompted to write my review based upon the one below (by CrysCPD) with the pictures showing a scrawny tree--those photos and the review are deceptive and almost prompted me not to buy this tree. However, I read other reviews and watched the video (http://www.hayneedle.com/product/75ftpeprelitclearlightdownsweptdouglasfirchristmastree.cfm). When you pull the tree out of the box and stack the sections, it will look like the photos below. However, it is not an "umbrella" tree (ala The Grinch Who Stole Christmas), and you must "fluff" the tree and branches. My wife and I have been married for 22+ years and always had real trees. We liked the uniqueness, smell, and tradition of real trees. Also, being military and moving around the world I didn't want to drag another box and more weight. Now retired, I no longer wanted to haul a tree from the lot to home, have to dispose of it afterwards, get it through the door, put lights on it (dealing with sap and pokey needles), and have sap drip. Also, real trees have increased so much in price, it was time to try an artificial tree! I did a lot of research at various sites, and I ordered this one. We are very pleased with our National Tree product. After fluffing it looks fantastic (pictures before and after decorating). With my wife and I both fluffing, it took less than 30 mins to set up the tree from start to finish. I recommend gently removing the white safety tabs from the lights (in all sections) prior to fluffing. If you are looking for a quality artificial tree, from someone who is very pleased and previously only had real trees, I recommend this tree and this brand.

Great tree- easy to assemble!

This tree is great! It's easy to put together and break apart. It's a pain to fluff though-- so likely, the fault lies with me and not the tree. It was an absolutely perfect addition to our first Christmas in our new house. Wonderful size, pretty lights, and I didn't have to worry about watering it!

I am pleasantly surprised with this tree! I was a little worried about buying it sight unseen, but once I opened the box I was glad I did. The two tone branches are brilliant- still giving the realistic look of a real tree, but also keeping the cost down. It was easy to set up. No glitches in lights or wiring. We did add another strand of lights just for effect, but I was pleased to see we didn't need to. It would have been fine without it. I hope to have this tree for years to come!

Looks great

I have cats and they treated previous trees harshly. They're older now so I decided to give a tree a try. It's the right size for a table, easy to assemble, looks full and all of the lights work. It's only been a day but so far the fur suit people have ignored it. I plan to leave it out so everyone gets used to it and if all goes well I'll add decorations in December. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I've been searching for years for a tree like this...

I absolutely LOVE this tree. Let me start this review by saying that it takes me a long time to buy something (usually years) because I spend so much time researching to ensure I get the best product for my money. I've been looking for an artificial tree for the past few years and have not seen anything worth my money (because I didn't want to spend over $100). I have learned that most artificial trees are fairly pricey. I have tried waiting until after the holidays thinking I'd get a tree 50% off but the good trees are always gone. I finally came to terms with spending the money on this tree and couldn't be happier. It also arrived really quickly. The tree unpacked really easily; the lights did not have to be removed from the tree like one reviewer had mentioned. I had the whole tree fluffed within 45 min (which isn't bad considering the size). The tree is also really full, definitely not skimpy. The tree looks and feel real, it's just missing the smell ;) I would recommend this tree to anyone who's looking for an artificial tree. I live in an apartment and although it's a large tree I found the perfect area for it.

I wanted to update my artificial Christmas tree. This one is exactly what I hoped it would be. I go back and forth in my mind whether colored LED lights would be better than clear. I believe I made the right choice with the clear LED lights.

Can't be BEAT! BEST in industry.

Researched for hours for the best artificial Christmas tree. Was one of my more sketchy online purchases as I really wanted to see the tree in person before ordering. Let me tell you first hand, the tree looks real, and feels real. All friends and family were amazed the tree was artificial, so much many didn't believe me after "feeling" the branches until showed them the bottom stand hidden by presents. Set up took about an hour, however I am OCD and a perfectionist and the mixture usually causes these type of projects to run longer than most should expect. Tare down was simple and easy and took all of 15 minutes. I purchased the 6.5' foot tree and would recommend you purchase a large christmas tree storage bag as I had trouble fitting everything back in the original box. Comes with perfect separation of lights to provide full coverage coverage of the whole tree.
