I can not find any locking wire in town, so i ordered it. I am glad I chose this brand, this is really nice stainless steel wire. Comes in a easy to use can with wire holder nubs on top so you do not have to hunt down the end. On my 4runner I have my oil pan, transfer case and transmission fills and drains safety wired along with other parts, So considering normal maintenance times I can not see using this up any time soon but when I do I will be ordering more of the Malin brand wire in the .032.

I purchased this wire to use on my son's racing go-karts as several bolts are required to be safety-tied. This wire is easy to handle, pass-thru the bolt holes, and twist. I will be running the kart this weekend which will test the security of the wire from vibration and rattling loose. Overall very happy with the product. As I pulled the wire out of the container, at no point was the wire kinked in any way.

EXACTLY like the mil-spec stuff I used as a KC-130F/R/T aircraft. Same P/N as commercial available aviation wire (at least the stuff I am familiar with). I cannot confirm if its tensile strength performs like the mil-spec wire as I do not have a way to test 40T of strength.

In our marine environment, stainless wire is the most handy item you can have around the farm/ranch. This wire makes short, lasting work of many jobs. Quality is right on, with no wire rusting present over 12 months in a 80+ inch per year rain salt water marine environment just a hop, skip and a jump from the Pacific Ocean.

This stuff is great, it cuts and stabs you just like safety wire should.

I use this stainless steel wire to keep the legs and wings close to the bird when i use my rotisserie on my bar-b-que grill. It will not burn or melt. Just cut off what you need and wash it first.

I wanted good quality, rust-free bailing wire for my outdoor repair kit. I also wanted to give my friends a yard or two of the same wire for their repair kits. Bailing wire has lots of uses in the field from holding together climbing crampons, ski bindings, or pack frames that have lost a screw or bolt. You can also use bailing wire to splint a broken ski pole or anchor the sole of a boot that has started to delaminate. Since there's more wire in this can than I'll use in lifetime of outdoor field repairs, the wire is mainly getting used for home chores now -- like deer-proofing vegetation in winter by wrapping chicken wire around shrubs and trees.

Perfect for securing MX grips. Ive been using safety wire for the last 20 years. I'm sure this is pretty much what I used at the govt's expense.

This stuff is safety wire. It's just exactly like every other can of safety wire I've ever seen or had, except it's in a much nicer plastic can instead of the old cardboard one. Can't think of any way to make the review more complicated than that.

This stuff works amazingly well for fastener retention, fashioning hooks and clamps, and generally making life easier. Recommended (with a pair of lineman's pliers) for every garage.
