Goes a long ways... Seals well... no leaks so far and it has rained and snowed... over a month no leaks so far...

This product worked exactly as indicated. I would highly recommend it.

Used this product, as well as both the 1 gallon brushable chimney crown repair and 1 gallon masonry water repellant, on a large ~ 3ft wide, 5 foot long, 4 ft tall chimney built in 1970 that was starting to get some spallimg on the brick work and had leaked in the past and been repaired many years ago. All products went on easy and provided more than enough coverage for the whole chimney with two coats. Haven't noticed any issues even with heavy rain. Will reuse as needed in the future, but expecting it to last a long time. Hoping to use the extra flashing product left over around some skylights. Just follow the instructions and you can't go wrong.

Put it on think and it works well. Stopped all of our issues and made it through a few heavy rains now so I know it’s good. We also put the same brand crown coat on as well as used Siloxane water based brick sealer. It is dry now!

Had chimney sweep come out and do a fireplace inspection. Among the items recommend was to do the flashing sealant around the fireplace. They quoted $300 just for the flashing sealant. Was very easy to do and saved a great deal of money doing it my self. Also used the ChimneyRx Brushable Crown Repair gal was quoted $300 for the Crown Repair, they were going to use a similar product and ChimneyRx Masonry Fireplace Chimney Water Repellent - 1 Gallon they quoted $200 for the Chimney Waterproofing.

So far I've used this product around the flashing on two chimneys and the second chimney I will have to do one more flashing because it runs past another roof. So far this stuff applies really well and is really thick so it covers well. The texture of the product reminds me of deamplifier used in car audio applications, which is just interesting to me.... it covers very well in just two applications per the directions. It supposed to rain really hard in a day so I'll see how it holds up but I have no reason to believe that it will have any issues at all. I really like it and it seems very high quality.

Easy to use and seals well. Looks good, too. The half gallon went a long way in my application. Much left over.

This product completely sealed four sides of a very leaky chimney in just a few minutes. An excellent time-saver and product.
