I wasn't sure if it was getting hot enough, especially since there were some negative reviews, so I bought an oven thermometer to be sure. It's spot on! I love baking individual chicken pot pies, small pizzas, canned biscuits, baked potatoes, all kinds of things. I hate to heat up the whole oven for small items, which I cook a lot. This toaster oven looks fantastic, works perfectly, and I couldn't be happier. Love, Love, Love it.

Hesitant to purchase because of the many not so great reviews, but had had a B & D toaster oven for years that worked. Also because of B & D's responses to bad reviews stating their guarantee I decided to order. I placed an oven thermometer in this toaster oven when I got it to check the temperature and got a low reading several times. Then I realized I had the thermometer near the door so I could read it easily, and pushed it back to the middle of the oven. I got perfect readings and love my oven. I love the handle and the shape and interior size. Happy thank goodness as I use it daily and never use my regular oven! I had been tempted seriously by that cute turquoise toaster oven only twenty dollars more but then saw it wasn't stainless steel, and I know not to use aluminum around my food!

Like many other people, we were looking for the "Goldilocks" toaster oven. It seemed like the options were on the order of, "costs $18, broke after 3 months, caught on fire, singed the cat" and "costs $500, ideal for rotisserie chicken, 30x30 inches, comes with 1 month maid service." We just wanted a toaster oven that would make good toast and was big enough for warming up leftovers or baking small item or reheating a loaf of good bread. After looking at lots of different models, we've been really happy with this one. We don't use the convection feature at all, so I can't speak to it, but the toast and bake features work very well. It comes up to 350 degrees in about 4-5 minutes and as long as you don't hold the door open too long, retains it well. With the rack on its lowest setting, it's big enough to get a good boule loaf from our local bakery inside, although if it's a taller loaf the top can get slightly charred. At the same time, it's not so enormous as to crowd out other appliances or uses of the countertop. It looks nice on the counter without being showy -- the stainless steel finish isn't overly shiny, and door is well-weighted with an easy-to-grab handle. Oh, and while the nonsense of digital controls on kitchen appliances hasn't spread too far to toaster ovens (seriously, designers, electronics and heat do NOT MIX well), the three large knobs are easy to grab and turn. The control to switch between toast and bake is a little confusing at first, but it's easy to get used to. (Bake temperature and toast setting is on the top knob, the second knob is for timed baking, the third knob is for timed toasting.) I suppose I am not a fan of every toaster oven over $20 feeling the need to include a convection feature, as I think it's left designers cramming in fans when a bit of sturdiness and reliability would have been far more appreciated. However, for this one at least, it manages to be a solid toaster oven that's not flimsy or dangerous and isn't too expensive. I'm willing to pay an extra 20-40% to get something that will last. We've had this for 10 months of consistent use and it's showing no signs of problems.

I originally posted a negative review for this oven, but it turns out I just had a defective one. The company reached out to me, and replaced the oven for free. The new one worked like a charm. No more burnt toast or slow heat up! My toast turns out perfect every time, I can now walk away and get on with my morning and just return with the bell! It does a great job of cooking those smaller items that aren't worth firing up the big oven for. I'm really glad I bought it now. Sorry about the poor review, and thanks for working with me to solve the problem!

Love this oven so far. Got it on a great flash deal. We’ve had several convection toaster ovens over the years. They get a ton of use in our house. This one is accurate time and temp wise. Also like the 3 positions for the rack. We’re used to paying $200+ for a decent convection toaster oven. This one is as good or better than most of those we’ve had.

I'm surprised at all the negative reviews. We have owned this toaster oven for 15 months. It works great. The knobs have a small "gripper" center that make them easy to turn. We use the oven for toast, to bake casseroles, biscuits, one-layer cakes, meats, tater tots, breads, and more. Our kitchen range is gas, which overheats our galley style kitchen in warmer months, so this toaster oven is used most everyday (we rarely eat out). The rack is adjustable (2 level choices), to accommodate a taller dish or pan. It holds 4 slices of normal loaf bread with room in between. We have jammed 6 slices in at once, but it's a very tight fit (you have to smoosh the bread to do this). It holds a 6-cup muffin pan, a 9" square casserole with handles on each side, the small Pampered Chef bar pan, a 9" round dish or cake pan, an 8" lodge cast iron skillet with handle, two regular loaf pans (but don't try high-rising breads, the top will cook too fast), these little loaf pans work great Wilton Recipe Right 3 Piece Mini Loaf Pan Set and all 3 fit inside at once. Well, you get the idea of what pans it can accommodate. It did come with a very nice sturdy pan that still looks new 15 months later. We chose this oven because it has a small footprint, does not take much counter space, and was very affordable. We had a Cuisinart oven before this one, which cost alot more, and only lasted 2 years. When it died we decided if we had to replace the toaster oven every 2 years, then we would try a cheaper one. This Black & Decker has not disappointed us. Every function works as it should, even the convection fan, which is quiet. My only complaint is the temperature markings are very small and hard to read (without my reading glasses), and I do wish it were one inch deeper to accommodate a 10" round dish. But hey, you can't beat the value --- this little oven can do great things.

Love B&D. They make good products at good prices. This oven works well for our family of 2. Pizzas fit just fine and all baking does well and faster with the convection. We had to find a sweet spot for the toast, first few try yielded 2 burnt & 2 light pieces. It took a bit of experimenting on locations. (Far back and front is the answer).

I recently purchased a Hamilton Beach 8 slice toaster oven for xmas. It was huge, too big to toast, so I thought I'd give the rotiserie a try. After about an hour the upper element shorted out causing arc pops and flashes that alerted me on the other side of the house. After that dangerous incident I spent three months researching ovens befor finally buying a Black and Decker TO1675. Why B&D? Because the Cuisinart 300 steam was too small and expensive, the Breville too expensive, and most other brands had digital controls (built in failure). Although I didn't trust the B&D brand (really cheap power tools) I nevertheless was very curious about the enclosed spiral heating element design. The 1675 was great for toasting but too small to cook a small chicken or much else. I returned it and bought the TO3210. Perfect, it can toast, convection cook a chicken, bread, squash, meatballs and tater tots. The layout of the control knobs is intuitive, they are accurate and analog. This is the smallest footprint of any 6 slice, 12" pan oven I have seen. It's relatively cheap, works well, does what I need and looks nice. I highly recommend this product.

This is smaller than the old Oster 6232 that I'm replacing it with, but only by an inch or so (inside). It does heat up faster than my old Oster, and is probably more energy efficient. The manual has a list of meats and what temperatures and times they ought to be cooked. The times listed to cook meats in this manual are not much less than the normal cooking times for meats in a regular gas oven. I was under the impression that foods were supposed to cook faster in a convection oven, but they are actually cooked more "efficiently" which doesn't necessarily mean "faster". This comes with only one rack (my old one has two, plus a broiler pan with an insert) and a little ? pan ? I suppose could be used like a drip pan or a roasting pan, but it's very small - it doesn't fill up the space inside the oven that one would expect it to. Lastly, this oven gets very hot on the outside when in use so it is advised not to be placed under a cabinet or shelf, and that there's plenty of clearance on either side of it as well. Most kitchens have cabinets above the countertops, right? I wonder where one would place this oven if they didn't have a separate countertop without cabinets as luckily I do? Overall, it's a good buy for $25 I paid on the Amazon special warehouse open box deal. It's definitely worth that, but I don't think I would pay much more than that for this little toaster oven.

Best toaster oven for the price. We seem to go through toaster ovens and have to replace them often. Not this one....very well made. We make everything in it besides toast: baked taters, mini meatloaf, biscuits, bacon wrapped asparagus....I can't live without a toaster oven. Great for reheating pizza too!
