Pleasantly Surprised in Every Way

I bought this because I have chronic Lyme disease and read that this would be beneficial. I was truly amazed and pleased with the purchase. 1. Packaging/packing - was extremely well done and everything was securely protected and wrapped. 2. Ease of unpacking - just have plenty of area and places to stage things against the wall, etc. Very easy. 3. Assembly - I am an engineer and I've assembled my share of stuff over the years. Often very disappointed in quality and instructions. While the instructions for the sauna could be improved just a little, overall pretty good. The assembly was AMAZINGLY STRAIGHT FORWARD!!! I can't emphasize that any more. My wife and I had it completely assembled in 90 minutes once everything was unpacked and cleared out of the way. The four walls buckle together on top of the floor. A few screws for the bench seat and back rests and it was on to the top. A few things to plug together and you're all done. 4. Use - we were sweating it out 2.5 hours after starting assembly. It is wonderful !!! I don't ever give reviews because I'm rarely that impressed or that disappointed, but I have to say this item is very well made and almost feels handcrafted. I felt like I had to let other people know and I highly recommend this to anyone considering a sauna.

Outstanding Sauna

So far so good. I received my sauna four days ahead of the planned delivery date. It took me about four hours to assemble. That includes a good thirty to forty-five minutes to unpack everything. It came in three boxes tied to a pallet. It was very well packaged. The door is all glass and the side panels have a glass strip, and they were well protected with large sheets of styrofoam. I assembled it by myself and took my time. When I plugged it in everything fired right up and worked perfectly. I used it for the first time this morning and loved it. I have always wanted a home sauna and this definitely was worth it!

If your looking for a sauna, look no further!. It arrived on time and in good condition. It arrives in 3 boxes. One large and two moderate size. I put it together by myself in about an hour and 15 minutes. (Leave plenty of room for set up as there is a lot of packaging). It is so easy I could hardly believe it! It looks great and love all the features, cup holder, magazine rack, towel holder,stero, ionizer. It heats up in about 20-25 minutes and has lots of extra room. You won't be disappointed.

Just received yesterday and put together in about 20 minutes. Got the shipment within 6 days of the order. Everything was in good shape when it came out of the box. The radio doesn't get any reception in my basement but that is OK. The unit takes about 20 minutes to get to 140 degrees, so my advice is to set the timer to 50 minutes and 140 degrees, go do something for 20 minutes, come back and the timer/shutoff will be at 30 minutes (the suggested amount of time to be in the sauna) and the unit will be at the proper temperature. When it shuts off, you get out. I spent a lot of time shopping for a sauna and I was nervous spending this kind of coin for something that I hadn't really laid my eyes on. For the price, it exceeded my expectations. Standard 3 prong outlet, i have it on an islolated 20 AMP Breaker and it seems to be sufficient. A representative of the company called a couple days after the purchase to let me know what to expect with shipping and to inspect for damage upon receiving. I appreciated the due diligence.

Heaven in a heated box

I am currently sitting in my sauna and I’m in HEAVEN! This sauna definitely fits two people. It took about 25 minutes to heat up but it heated and got up to the 140 degrees. I read reviews on the assembly and I would have to disagree that it takes 30 minutes to do. It took my colleagues a couple of hours. LOL! But I love this. I was going to the sauna at one of the gyms I’m a member of and the heat was so high it was difficult to breathe. This one I could sit in easily for an hour if it were recommended. Also the radio is decent. It’s not picking up the stations I normally listen to but I’ll work on that!

Worth it

I absolutely love this sauna. I have had it for a couple months now it's made a huge difference in the Pacific Northwest winter. It gets to about 142 and using for 30 minutes after my work out really feels great. It's so nice to have my own sauna. My husband and I are both tall and of athletic build and we fit together but it's so much better as a 1 person thing. I would definitely recommend this and I would buy it again. Set up was fairly easy for my husband, delivery was fairly simple as well. I love it.

Exactly what we expected

We invested in this for health benefits and we are not disappointed. It was easy to assemble, husband and I had it together and plugged in in 2 hours. Some of the wires were a little mixed up and the stereo did not lock in properly right away, otherwise everything was easy to put in place. The sauna is used every day in our home - it is a two person, but really comfortable for one - the vents and ionizer are great for clearing the stale air and freshening up for the next use. The lights and sound are very relaxing. The cup holders seemed really weak when I first screwed them in place but they are holding just fine. I definitely recommend keeping extra towels on the bench and floor to keep the wood from getting sweat stains.

Easy assembly! heats quickly!

Excellent product! Purchased for our master bath. Sauna delivered in 3 boxes, straight forward quick assembly (took my 40 mins to install) warms up quickly I turn on after my morning workout go eat my breakfast by the time I get back it’s already hot and ready. Plenty of room for 2 people. Great Sauna for the price!

One of the best purchases we have ever made

I bought this last year. One of the best purchases we have ever made. Gets up to 140 degrees, and sure makes you sweat. The assembly was easy with 2 people, and it looks great in our exercise room. Large enough for 2, but I like my alone time. Is fantastic.

Just assembled, looks nice!

Looks beautiful. Went together rather easily. Screw counts were off, missing 2 - 1 1/8" screws. Otherwise so far, so good! Will review again after trying it out!
