Good packaging. A great way to get thatmisty haze out of a melomel.

Great price, seems to be working. I am currently brewing now and this stuff seems to have cleared the color as it should.

Was able to make 15 gallons of wine with this bottle

Ever since I have used this with wine I make from fresh fruit, the wine comes out smelling strongly (and sweeter) like the fruit I am using. Something that never happened before when I made the same wine without this enzyme, it was worth the money and I would recommend it to others that make wine from fresh fruit. On another note, it does also claim to help clarify the wine. However when I used this, my wine was only slightly clearer (not very noticeable) but definitely something worth mentioning. Helps get rid of haze in your must and aids in clarification in final product. Also you'll higher yields in juice when crushing fresh grapes or fruit.
