Love Nordic Ware pans! Never over browns, bakes evenly and everything pops right out. Thought it would be nice to have another after my sister pointed out that two pans will fit on one rack in the oven, very handy for roasting vegetables on Thanksgiving or for big family dinners.

Great size for smaller baking needs

Great size for smaller baking needs. Easily holds 8 biscuits or 4 large potatoes I use it often and highly recommend. Easy to clean. No sticky residue.

Fine!

Boy, a lot of picky reviewers on here! It's a baking sheet. I bought the half sheet size. I bought two of them. They're fine! Non-stick finish seems to work fine. Clean-up is practically nothing - like one swipe with a paper towel. I see some people asking if these are dishwasher safe. Why would you want to put one in the dishwasher? Just rinse it off with some hot water, dry it and put it away. Or use my paper towel method and don't worry about it.

Sturdy and easy to clean

I was looking for a quarter sheet pan to cook meals for two in my Wolf countertop oven and this pan fit the bill. It is very sturdy but not heavy, easy to clean with the nonstick coating, and very well made (high quality). I will be ordering another one soon and some as gifts since they are the perfect size for small batch cooking and baking. A bonus would have been if it came with a cover (to carry baked goods after cooking/cooling).

No stick!

Used for the first time today. Cooked biscuits that didn’t not stick to the pan at all! They were a perfect golden brown and evenly cooked. I bought the muffin tin of this brand and have loved it so I decided to try the pans they do not disappoint. Highly recommend this product!

Perfect size for small batch baking

Perfect size for small batch baking, for small bread loafs and just about anything you want to make without having to use a large baking sheet. It is teflon coated so you have to be careful and use plastic utensils so as not to scratch it. Love it and would recommend it.

Accept no substitute. Made to last.

These perform, and perform far better than any of the cookie sheets you've been using from your mom or grandma from decades ago. With a little care these will last for the rest of your life. Start out with a set of two, then get two more, and eventually by the smaller size as well. Cookies pastries pies, all come out perfectly. Put a cookie drying rack in it and you can cook fish, chicken, and roast other meats on it. I love roasting veggies; line pan with foil before placing rack in sheet. Versatile, makes a great jelly-roll pan too.

I love how solide it is

this is my go to pan. I love how solide it is. Washes beautiful. I recommend getting 2 with the CIA Bakeware 12'' x17" cooling rack. Fits in the pan perfectly. I ended up and bought 6 pans (8 all together} to pass out to my Mom and 2 daughters.After using them they couldn't thank me enough.It sure roasts brussel sprouts and root veggies to perfection!!

Worth the buy!!

FINALLY!!! A cookie sheet that you can actually clean and it works fantastic! Been using it for 2 months now and it still looks brand new. Just when I think "uh oh, that's going to stain it (oil, grease, you name it)" it washes right off!

Best cookie pan out there

For years, I have used three separate cookie pans at a time while baking, and putting the cookie sheets on different levels. This pan is amazing because of the quality and also because of the quantity of cookies you can bake at one time. Using pam, I have yet to overcook a cookie or have the cookie stick to the surface. Also, you can bake up to 36 cookies on this pan, and they all turn out perfectly. This cuts down on my baking time tremendously. This pan cooks each cookie uniformly, and cuts down on oven use. Environentally friendly. As a mom, I have to bake cookies or goodies for school all the time. So this makes my life so much easier. I bought a second one for holiday baking, I have a second pan ready to go filled with 30-36 cookies at a time. This is a must have for anyone who loves to bake and is worth the investment.
