Delicious! Old Wisconsin is the perfect replacement of that old time favorite, Hickory Farms Beefstick. I read somewhere that this company used to make HF Beefsticks. This may not be true. What is true is that this sausage is delicious and deserves a place on your party table.

Healthy and Taste "Summer Dog"

Pretty good "summer dog" (as we call it in the upper mid-west). Lower calorie and fat contest because of turkey vs. pork and beef. nice salty/spicey tang. Good snack on my weight loss diet.

Great alternative for us non-beef eaters!

I found this in a local store, loved it and couldn't find it again. I was happy to find it on Amazon at a good price. I really like this product because I don't eat beef and its hard to find good turkey sausage that isn't "sweet". This tastes exactly like beef summer sausage....just that its turkey. I'm really glad that Amazon carries it because its a nice snack to have on hand.

Great turkey summer sausage

I love turkey summer sausage. It is hard to find except around the holiday time (Thanksgiving and Christmas). I'm glad this is available all year long on Amazon. It tastes great. It is a tad bit pricey for what you get, but I'm willing to pay that price to have it as a special "treat" During the months of January-October.

Flavor and nutrition

The beef variety is the best. The ration of fat to protein along with zero carbs is perfect for a keto diet. I keep these on hand for when I'm not able to cook.

This choice turkey is yummy! Add some delicious cheese's and you have a party in your mouth!

I really like this turkey sausage, I eat this at snacky times, it satifies the urge to munch. With hard boiled eggs and some fancy crackers it's a real treat!

Taste great. I used to order this product 2 years ago. The quality was declining so I stopped ordering. The quality is back. Favor is better than it used to be. ****Update: the four I have recently purchased have been awful. I hope that the manufacturer will return this product to it's former quality.
