Simple and does the trick! Finally found one that fit our round toilet seat! The teal parts of he potty seat are more grippy (splash guard, handles, rim). Oval that fits in the regular toilet seat is a little bit wider than 7 3/4 inches wide and 9 1/2 inches long. See photos.

I originally got my son a little potty training toilet for the floor, but he wanted to be on the regular toilet like everyone else. This seat was my favorite in my search, and I ordered this despite some reviewers saying it didn't fit their elongated toilets. It fits our elongated toilets perfectly. I love that it came in a two-pack so we can have one for upstairs and one for downstairs. I love the high splash guard because my little guy keeps his pee in the toilet every time. Some reviewers said the splash guard isn't high enough, but it's been perfect for us so far. Above all, my son loves it. He can sit on his own on the big toilet.

Fits perfectly on the toilet- doesn't slide around. The little seat keeps my 1 year old son from sticking his hands down to touch his wee wee while sitting on it for practice lol I got him to poop once in the big boy toilet before this came in the mail, but I'm hoping this makes it a lot easier for us both to pottytrain. I like that I don't have to support him as much with this seat which hurts my back. I really think the splash guard is genius! Love this product (I still use this at 2 because it is easy to clean and stow away and not as in the way as a potty chair would be, especially since my son still prefers not to tell me when he needs to go, and still not into going to the bathroom yet at th

I can't begin to tell you how many potties and trainer seats we've purchased over the past 1.5 years (mainly because I've lost count). I have to say that this one's the best. It's the sturdiest and the easiest to clean. I don't ever feel like my kids will shift and accidentally fall inside the toilet if the seat is knocked off balance (we had a few scares with other brands we've tried). Highly recommended!

Update: my son is almost 3 years old now, and we still love this training seat. He is in the 60th percentile and still is difficult for him to use the toilet without this seat. It gives him independence. We have a stepping stool next to the toilet so he grabs the seat and puts it in place on his own. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Loving this seat! My son is 15 months and very curious about the toilet, so we got this seat. I like that there is rubber at the bottom so it doesn't slide around. Also, the splash guard is a must for anybody with a little boy (don't ask how I know this is a must... sigh) It's much easier to clean than a separate little potty (most times there is nothing to clean, really) and it has a spot in the back to hang it from a hook next to the toilet.

We've had this potty chair for two years and still going strong. It's simple to wipe the top off and the only issue with cleaning is under the front cupped area and along the top. There are ridges on the rubber that are harder to get in and the hook part at the top also has small spaces. Overall, this chair is perfect and if some reason it broke tomorrow I'd buy it again. The top even has a spot to hang it when not in use so I added a command hook beside where out toilet paper is to hang it up when not in use. Just a warning if your toddler doesn't think they need a step stool and they drag themselves across it from the front they will splatter it when they pee... But that probably happens with all chairs lol

This has to be one of the best potties for boys EVER! The biggest improvement that First Year has made is the fact that the pee cup does not MOVE! All other brands have a detachable pee cut which may work for others but when my son would try to potty would ways be knocked off onto the floor or heaven forbid into the toilet. Then the stream of pee that would follow onto the floor welllllll.......... there was way always a cleanup. With this potty the pee cup does not detach and my son has not had an accident! The size is perfect and I love that it came two to an order so that we can have one in the powder room and in his bathroom. Best Ever for BOYS!

This is our second potty seat purchased for at-home potty training use. I wish I had bought it first. The first seat I bought was one of the squishy seats with a popular cartoon character and removable pee shield, which seems to be what you will find in abundance in most stores. If you have a boy, do not buy one of those seats! Because of the way the pee shield fits in-between the base and the soft upper, every single time my son used it, pee got in the seat. The only way to clean it was to separate the layers, which usually made pee drip all over, and then sanitize the whole seat....and then the floor. Gross. This seat does not have any removable parts, so there are no areas for pee to gather and pool inside. The blue line around the seat is a rubber-like material that keeps the seat from sliding. My son feels secure enough on it to use it without complaint. The pee shield could be a little taller, but so far we have had no issues. The ease of cleaning this seat, and the low price tag, make it a winner in my book.

Bought this for my toddler who has grown too big for his little potty chairs, when we first got it my son had fun put on and off the toilet. It took a couple of week to get use to it, and use it. Though now he has gotten to the point where he will go to the bath and just straddle the toilet the to go. Then other time he will put the seat on the toilet, it just depend on his mood. I thing it a good value for the seat I tried to find one that would fit my toilet well.I tried to buy one of these in a store only to find most store will only sell them in a two pack, which was not the best thing for us because we only have only toilet. So this is a great value and keep pee off my floor which I love.

These are the best potty seats I’ve ever used! I have a daycare and these are great! They are very heavy duty compared to the ones with the squishy seat especially the handles. I also love how they are one piece so they can’t trap urine and smell. They are easy to clean as well. I also love how they have a bigger opening and taller front piece to allow all potty in the toilet instead of on the floor or in the seat. I am very satisfied with how well these work and how sturdy they are. Definitely recommended this!!
