I recently had surgery and the doctor recommended taking Arinca before and after to prevent bruising and swelling. I was a bit skeptical that something natural and over the counter could work so well but this definitely did the trick. It's a great natural alternative medicine and works very well. I now use this for sore muscles and minor aches and pains. A must have in the medicine cabinet.

Feel brand new in the morning!!

I always thought of Armica as a remedy for bruising or swelling from an injury. I recently started melting 2 tables under my tongue as I am getting up in the morning. My morning stiffness is 90% nonexistent!! Who knew?!!!
