Good vodka, wish it was in a plastic bottle.

All vodkas are NOT the same!

For many years, I believed what Consumer Reports said about vodka. . . that vodka was vodka and there was little if any difference between high and low priced brands. So I always bought Barton vodka, one of the least expensive brands. But I recently became less tolerant of the "bite" that vodka had. To make a drink "drinkable", I had to use excessive amounts of mixers, like Copa de Oro (a Kahlua knockoff). So I recently purchased some bottles of Svedka vodka because it was rated one of the smoothest and was not outrageously expensive. End result: CR is wrong!!! Svedka vodka is really smooth, no harsh bite. There may be other lower cost vodkas that are as good, but for the time being, I will be using this as my favorite vodka.
