All of the kids loved them and had a blast racing and hopping around
These were a hit at my son's cowboy themed birthday part. All of the kids loved them and had a blast racing and hopping around. UPDATE!!! 1 YEAR LATER - These horses may be the best thing I've ever purchased on Amazon! I got them last year for my son's 2nd birthday party. They have remained outside for a full year. I have rinse them off with a water hose a few times, my son washed them in the tub once, and I refilled the air once. These things are still going strong. The colors are so vibrant and they're just as bouncy today as they were last year. My son and his three cousins aged between 2 years and 9 years, use them nearly daily. They were outside during Hurricane Harvey and for the first snow in Houston Texas in the last 30 years. To say they are survivors is an understatement.

Two-Year-Old Approved!
I wanted to get the Rody horse for my daughter, but I'm too cheap. I went with this one instead and I am not disappointed. My husband said it was really easy to inflate. He tried to kind of "overinflate" it so that it would stay stiff in the legs when she sat on it, based on previous reviewers recommendations. Definitely do that. The first time, it was too soft, so I told him to try to put more air in; he did and it works perfect. My daughter is 2.5 years old and an average height and build. This is a good size for her. She hasn't figured out how to actually hop on it, but she loves using it as a seat at "her" table (an end table). Sometimes she lays on it by sitting on it backwards and leaning her head back between it's ears. This horse is sturdy, does not have a smell and is relatively cute...or at least not an eyesore. It does come with a sort of oily coating, which is common for this sort of thing from the factory. Products like this can generate a lot of static while going over conveyors so the factory sprays it to keep static down. Easy fix, just wipe it down after you inflate it. We gave this to her on Christmas Day, as her main present, so we haven't had it long, but as of right now, we are very happy with it and hope to have it around for at least a year or so until she outgrows it. Edited: July 2015 Well, my daughter has learned how to hop on this thing now. It is still her favorite toy (other than her two favorite stuffed animals that are her babies). She sometimes makes me bring this with us when we run errands, although it stays in the car. A family friend's eight year old son (a big boy) hopped around on it, and though he was way too big, it held up just fine. As of yet, we have not had to add any more air to it, as it has remained nice and fluffy and full. My daughter uses it inside and outside on the gravel driveway. It gets dirty, but a wet rag makes for an easy clean-up. Edited June 2016: A sad day has arrived in our house. My daughter has used her scissors and cut the ear. I attempted to patch it up with some stretchy vinyl repair tape and it held fine. Then, she cut the other tip of the ear, almost off. I was not able to successfully repair that ear. The tape worked great....just not on the ear with all those corners and curves. We had to quietly make the horse disappear one night. It was worth the cost for us, though. She had a good year-and-a-half use out of it, and it would have lived on, had she not snuck scissors into her playroom!

Super Cute and Fun Donkey!
This is a super cute and fun donkey! My 13 month old adores hers, and if we continue to take care of it, it will be fun for years to come. We have had absolutely no problems with the air pump or the plug, and it holds air very well. My husband (185 lbs) is even able to sit on it without any problems. It has lost minimal air over the last month, so we will need to top it off a bit. But that's to be expected!

2 year old and 4 year old love it!
This is the funniest creature! Got this as a Christmas gift for my (almost) 2 year old. She loves bouncing around on it. It’s pretty sturdy and doesn’t bounce too much, just enough to give her a little ride. My 4 year old thinks it’s the greatest also. It often causes a fight over who gets to use it. We’ve only used it indoors, on hard wood floors.

Great purchase and a toy that my kids have used for months so far
both my kids have used their hoppers for more than 6 months so far. My 3 year old and my 1 year old love bouncing around their rooms on these. They are really sturdy and after blowing them up once (6 months ago) I haven't had to do a thing to them other than wipe them down with a baby wipe if something gets spilled on them. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and I have a blue one, pink one and just got this green one.

My grandchild favorite toy. He has had it now for year ...
My grandchild favorite toy. He has had it now for year and a half. First one I bought ripped on inflation. I contacted seller he immediately replaced it and told me to throw defective one away it must be a garbage one. Needless to say my grandson has rode this replacement for year and a half. Everyday, everywhere. In the mall, down our 10 acre path summer spring n winter. It has gone to the casino in Manistee Michigan from the first to the fourth floor. It is my grand child's best friend . next to his dog. It will be accompying him to Florida in 3 weeks. So if yours is defective please take the time to contact the seller best toy I have purchased in 50 years, because it gets used n abused n keeps going.

Great Hopper!
I bought this for my nephew, and my daughter also has a popular name brand one as well that was about double the price. Honestly, there's no sense spending double the price when this one works perfectly. It's good quality, holds air for a long time before needing to be topped off, it's a thick plastic-y material and hops just like the expensive ones. The hoppers like this were a bit difficult to manager when my daughter and nephew were smaller, (around 15-18 months old.) They would start to bounce and it's almost like the horse bucked them off. :-) Now that they're over two they manage it a lot better and can bounce for longer. Just be mindful, if they bounce too much after eating, there is the possibility of an upset stomach! This has happened to us a couple of times. Overall, this was a fun toy that I'm glad we purchased.

I am ordering more especially for the price good deal. I recommend blowing up if a gift ...
this was a gift for a 1 year old and everyone at the party wanted to know where I bought. It's thick so doesn't look cheap and was such a hit with the little kids playing on it and the adults lived it too. I am ordering more especially for the price good deal . I recommend blowing up if a gift looked super cute with now around the neck in the package not so adorable

Great grandson's favorite RIDE!
My poor granddaughter! She says that two-year-old "Cooper" rarely dismounts this horse since she inflated it months ago. As she goes from room to room, cleaning up or preparing for work or cooking, etc. He hops back on the horse and follows her! I debated whether to buy this rather than the smallest "ball-shape" hopper toy. It was so short, but lots of the reviews said that every ball was too big for 3 yr old. I went with this as he was just turning two and seems to have shorter legs than some toddlers. I am glad I made the decision, since he loves it sooo much. Gone are the concerns that he may not get enough use of it before he out grows it! And he has no trouble holding on to the ears!

Buy it!
This thing is awesome! Got it for our 1yr old daughter and she has a BLAST. Our 4yr old loves it too. It's incredibly durable - think of a 4yr old literally running it into the ground outside, and it still looks great. I especially love how tired he gets after bouncing on it for 10mins. hahahaha
