Wonderful Scissors

I bought a set like this several years ago and I am still using them. They have remained sharp and in excellent condition. I recently bought a second set so I would have one in every room. I use them in the kitchen also. They are better than any cooking sheers I have ever purchased. I highly recommend them.

this is the best purchase I have ever made

As a teacher who uses A LOT of Velcro , this is the best purchase I have ever made! A paraprofessional in my classroom refuses to give them back to me. She has taken ownership of the scissors. I will say it's not as easy to maneuver when you have to cut with detail or precision for small items, (my hand became fatigued quickly) but for big jobs, this is great!

Good, cheap, and 3 of ‘em

These are nice scissors. The main thing I like is that they’re cheap and they exist. Scissors belong in the top kitchen drawer at our house. Frickin Houdini must be living in a closet somewhere because every time I open the drawer, all the damn scissors have disappeared! Everyone swears up and down that they haven’t taken them, yet they are gone. I’ve been through 2 sets of these damn scissors so far and fully expect to have to buy more. They’re good, they’re cheap, and there’s 3 of them. What more do you want?

I’m not one to do reviews but this product is awesome. I use a lot of different kinds of tape and im always cutting with scissors. I’ve had probably 30 pairs of scissors because they all gum up after cutting tape. These scissors (3pack) are true to the description. I’ve been cutting tape numerous times for days and so far they have cut tape great and have not gummed up any. So glad to have scissors that do the job. In fact im gonna order some more.

I also purchased Cramer's Professional Bandage Shears thinking THEY would be the ones that worked well, but hoped this might be a back-up. But it was this INEXPENSIVE SET of "Non-Stick" shears that are ACTUALLY NON-STICK that WORKED EASILY -and the Cramer's Shears WORTHLESS at cutting this tape. I almost gave up hope before these as I had to use Goo-Gone every third tape cutting to get my regular scissors to keep cutting the Gaffers tape. I have only used them for several tape cuttings, but after the 4 cuts I tested, they do NOT seem to gather the adhesive gunk - YEA!

Makes The Cut

I got this 3-pack as a lightening deal and don't regret the purchase. The Westcott 8" Titanium Non-Stick Straight Scissors are compact, clip cleanly, feel solid, have a good grip, and open wide when I'm cutting open boxes. They cut through both thick and thin papers with aplomb and can even be used as shears in the kitchen for chopping up herbs and slim veggies. This pack is a good value and since I'm always need a scissor for something, it is good to store them around the house in strategic locations. Mine are holding together well. ~ Kort

Best scissors ive owned

What i really like about these are the handles, they dont pull hairs or stick to the skin. They are very sharp and have cut through everything i have used them for. My lovely wife uses them in the kitchen to cut meat for pasties and really likes that they stick so much less than the pair she used before these. The yellow/orange and gray really stick out in the utensils drawer, and we have a lot of crap in that drawer. If they fail ill report back but i dont see that happening anytime soon.

Best Scissors for Cutting Sticky Items

I work with lots of sticky vinyl and cutting it all day long gums up other scissors. After working with normal scissors versus these non-stick scissors I have noticed the difference. I don't have to being cleaning the stickiness off these scissors every couple of days because they truly are non-stick. They are nice and sharp and I have already purchased a couple pairs for my work place. Even my co-workers notice the difference and these scissors are constantly fought over because they are that good. Will need to buy more so there is enough for everyone at any given time.

Snippiest snippers I have ever owned.

I purchased a pair of these scissors over ten years ago when I was the PTO President and chief Box Top cutter at our school. I cut paper, cardboard and anything else that got in my way. I made the fatal mistake of cutting a piece of sand paper for a project and I dulled the blades. I ordered this set of three for 1/3 the price I paid for one pair at a retail store. Now, I can make that mistake two more times....lol.
