Buying again

I am purchasing for the second time. I started running later in life and needed something to help with joints. I also wanted the additional benefits for hair/nails/skin. I have found an added bonus of not feeling as hungry through out the day. I do wish the tablets were not so big and the serving dose wasn't so large but i feel like it is making a difference so it has been worth it.

I’m 73 my skin was scaly & flaky within 2 wks after I began using this product my skin is greatly improved & not flaky, in addition I don’t have as much joint pain. Very effective

I take this collagen everyday to help with soreness in my hands from being a full time massage therapist. If I skip a few days I definitely notice that the soreness starts to creep back in. It also seems to prevent coffee tummy when I take it with coffee. This collagen has been more effective for me than glucosamine. Totally recommend this product to anyone with joint pain.

Truly a life changer

I used to take glucosamine for my knees. I messed them up when I was in my early 20's. Pain started about 28 years old. I would take glucosamine daily to help lubricate them so they wouldn't hurt. Any day I didn't take it, my knees would hurt. I read about collagen and bought youtheory based on other reviews. After 2 weeks I noticed the difference. I took it daily for about a year and then 3-4 days a week after a year. The impact is night and day. I no longer take glucosamine and I treat my knees as if I was 20 again. I'm in my 3rd year of taking this and just went back to daily just because I thought I might as well be nice to my knees based on how hard I treat them. The other day I spent over 1 hour straight kneeled down on my hard wood floors sorting cables and zip tying them. I stood up and it was like I was 20 again. I'm 38 though. 3 years ago I was sure that I would need 2 new knees at 40. Not now. When a co-worked and I had a discussion about this collagen I figured it's time to write a review as this product is simply amazing. On a down side it makes my hair and nails grow quickly. Being a guy that's an unwanted side effect. For women I assume that is a benefit. I should buy stock in this company as I tell everyone I know about this product. I truly believe it kept me from knee replacements. Life with out daily joint pain is incredible.

Knees are better now. 3 weeks in. I was taking Youtheory Type 1-2-3 collagen, and that also helped. Noticed the difference a few weeks after I stopped taking that. Now I'm on this more targeted type of collagen. If you want help for your joints, don't settle for the type 1 collagen they sell for skin. You want this stuff. For me it worked better than bone broth and/or coconut oil.
